La verdad nesecitan mecánicos más calificados y Ami me tocó una persona un poco racista el que me atendió era un poco racista ya lleva un mes con mi carro y nomás no me an ablado para decirme que ya les llegó la parte hay que ser mas responsables si quieren que funcione una corporación de esa manera

Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Brought my truck in to be looked at, we already knew it had a leak in the exhaust manifold just needed them to confirm, order the part and fix because we were going through our warranty. We understand that the part was on national back order but the dealership wanted to keep the truck for over a month till the part came in. We did not agree to that as we need our truck for work so we went and picked it up and were told to call the parts department in a month to see if it had come in. Part finally came in a little more than a month later so scheduled a time to have the truck fixed. When I dropped it off Friday I was told the work would be done same day and as long as they had no complications I could pick up that afternoon. Got a call around 5 saying they were working on it but wouldn’t be able to finish as they close at 6 so will be able to get Monday. Showed up Monday early afternoon to find out they hadn’t even started working on the truck, it had been sitting in the lot all weekend. We use our truck for work, so we lost out on our business because someone lied to us about the truck being worked on. If the workers had just been honest we could have picked our truck up and brought it back Monday morning to be fixed. I am sure if we had not just shown up and caused a stink it wouldn’t have been worked on even then. This shop is awful, communication is nonexistent and they lie about work being done. My suggestion is for you to take your Ram to the dealership in Golden, they have better customer service and get the job done in a timely manner.

We just got an oil change and tire rotation on 10/19/24, and Jason in service was extremely helpful to answer questions about our warranty and about the oil change and tire rotation packages. We were unaware that there were limited oil changes and tire rotations on our package, because our other dealership on Havana didn't explain that to us. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Jason and the service team that worked on our Jeep. We will be back for sure!

Had my non-Ram car serviced here for warranty work. Angela in the Service Department was excellent! She knew how to work with the insurance company to provide them with all that they needed. The work done was correct and timely. Will use them again.

The staff seemed nice, and as if they were trying their best while being understaffed. That being said, took my car into get a new turning switch, part cost 250 from Mopar, took me 10 min to repair myself, just unscrew 3 bolts and plug it in... they quoted me over 1k+ and kept my car overnight for diagnostics(+$250), i do not think they even looked at it... if you choose to go here, get second opinions and make sure you can't just easily do it yourself.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no consideration to customer time, constantly backed up, management is doing a horrendous job. They expect you to leave your car 7-10 business days just for a diagnostic after weeks of waiting on an appointment. NEVER have dealt with a service department as incompetent as this. I would stay away from this place if at all possible and definitely shop for your vehicles elsewhere.
