Working with JV was great, very helpful, and prompt on letting me know when the ID4 I was looking for was available. Had some issues after deal was done, but JV and the sales manager James went out of their way to help and make sure everything was right. This dealership was nothing far from an amazing experience in financing a car. During our search for a family car, My husband and I were warmly welcomed as newly buyers and were attended to every question and concern we had. Alex was the wonderful salesman that we were most fortuned to be working with from the very beginning, until we closed the deal. Alongside having the patience of a saint, he looked out for us and made sure we had the best buy possible. It felt like we were setting down a price with a good friend rather than a salesman. Though, in our case, it was a lengthy process with receiving word from the bank lender that led my husband and I to wait from 12pm until close. Being 8 months pregnant, with little to no sleep and waiting the entire afternoon/evening doesn’t sound like fun to anyone- that is unless you’ve experienced it at this dealership. Alex took care of us every step of the way as a friend would for his family and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Everyone here is super friendly, supportive and understanding of any concern throughout this process and we’ve experienced an amazing response to our concerns even after buying.
