No tienen buen servicio, los pobrecitos clientes como bien se expreso el manager de el poco conocimiento que tienen de los seguros dentales, enviando a los pobrecitos clientes a llamar ya que no manejan la información de poder brindar un buen servicio. Me lamenta por que el día que asiste a la consulta fue agradable. Pero la poca confirmación de información no ayuda a los pobrecitos clientes. Me tocó llamar a mi seguro más de tres veces y realizar distintos tipos de llamada para que pudiesen entender cómo funciona y luego me envían una serie de códigos, los cuales me piden llamar para saber lo que cubre mi seguro Etc. Desistí de este absurdo trato y les pido a mis seguidores no perder su tiempo en este consultorio Odontológico.

I cannot say enough about how great this office is! I care for my 91 year old father who has dementia. They are ALWAYS there for me. They genuinely care about my father and me. They always treat him with respect and dignity. I have an entire network of specialists for Dad, but it all starts with Dr. Simek’s office. His staff is thorough in finding equally great referrals for us. Randi, Kayla, Barbara are my support system. Dr. Simek is wonderful with Dad. I consider them part of my family. I am extremely grateful for everything they do for Dad and for me as well. I highly recommend them all for outstanding care for your loved ones.
