My oldest son has been going there since he was six months old. At the port charlotte office. He is now 13 years old and a leukemia survivor. The doctors are amazing the wait time not so much but this is one of the facilities that accepts state assisted health care. that is why I believe the wait times are as they are. There are so many families out here who have government assisted health care, that the people working in these offices can only move so fast and do so much. The doctor that sees my children is Dr. Hegarty, and imo there is no one better or more qualified. She always takes the time, communicates with the child and makes sure they are good and cared for. I am truly grateful she is my children’s pediatrician. There is no one better in my opinion. I don’t think poor wait times are reason enough to give such low ratings.

DON'T GO THERE!!! "Doctor will be in 5 min" I hear it during last 50 mins. Cold like in freezer. Not organized at all. I can't spend here whole my day. Just left. Have to change provider for sure. Maybe their Dr is amazing but it can't cost 4 hours of my life to see her for 5 min. Would not recommend. STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!! I Called for chest pain a few months ago.. The soonest they could get me in was 6 weeks out. FOR CHEST PAIN. Needless to say, I went to the ER. After that, I called the office because I was sick and wanted to see my Doctor or get medication. They said they would relay my message to the doctor.. I called them 2-3 times for an update and she never called me back. After that called to make another appointment, booked me over a month out and waited in the waiting room for OVER 2 hours. I talked to 2 staff members about my wait and the first one basically told me that it was my fault and that I should've booked my appointment in the morning because she usually runs behind in the afternoon, and the second lady shrugged and told me theres nothing she could do about it. This is by far one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. The only reason why I'm here is because my insurance recommended her. I gave this office 3 chances and it failed horribly. I will be definitely switching my pcp.

Dr. Gagliardi has been my doctor for years I wouldn't think of seeing anyone else I just wouldn't feel as comfortable as Dr. G makes me feel and her staff is awesome they even have enough patience for me and that exceptional trust me lol

Doctor G. an amazing Doctor. I'm a fairly young disabled woman whom was a nurse so I know what to look for in a Doctor and she has it all. Unfortunately, everything else about the office sucks. The wait time is just one of the issues which is ridiculous! Even if you are lucky to be taken back to a room in a timely manner you will still sit for an extended period of time. I have never gotten out of that office in less than two and a half hours. Your messages go unanswered for over a week, even if u tell them to make it urgent. I had started by seeing Dr. Lopez until I went one day because I was ill and required blood work. I called every day for a week straight with no response as I was feeling worse. I have issues with my potassium going dangerously low but high at times. Luckily I know what symptoms to look for and I stopped taking my potassium. Finally I called my nephrologist to have his nurse call for the results. My level ended up being deathly high as if I had not stopped my potassium I would have started having seizures and possibly death. This care is absolutely unacceptable and could be deadly. The doctors are OVERWHELMED as they are told how many patients they have to see in a day so a lot of it is not their fault. This office is the only one in the surrounding area that accepts medicaid. The next closest is Bradenton. I have now been given Medicare and will be leaving the practice. Just please be proactive and educate yourself on your care so you don't have something happen like me. I wish Dr. G would go elsewhere. She honestly CARES about her patient's. If not for her I would have given a one star!! Good luck and bless y'all! Thank you Doc G 🥰

This office is ridiculous with it's scheduling. You have a 10:30 am appointment and at 12:20pm you are still waiting. This happens all the time, and we've had to reschedule appointments multiple times due to their poor office management. STOP scheduling 10 people every 10 minutes. There's no possible way the doctors can see that many people. If you can't see children you schedule within a reasonable time then you need to stop accepting new patients. The dental assistants are extremely aware of it and have told us to complain to the office manager. At this point, I don't think she or he cares .
If you enjoy waiting hours for your appointment time then absolutely come here!
