The front office and phone staff have always been professional and helpful. We appreciate the kindness and care provided by the health center staff in full. The dental office is wonderful. Love the staff and painless work provided. Dr Hegarty is simply the best pediatrician. She listens to me as the parent but also involves my son in his care. I can not say enough about this facility.

Took me 2 and a half months to make an appointment for my 3 children to be seen the same day because I live 45 min away. I get there and they tell me I only have an appointment for 1 and the other 2 missed their appointment 2 days prior. I would never make 2 separate appointments within 2 days. I specifically waited so long because I was told that was the day they could see all 3 at once. Then I was told they don’t even see 3 patients at once?I was clearly very confused and after explaining They agreed to at least see my 2 boys since it was their first dentist visit. My daughter was picked up early from school for NO reason because they would not give her a “3 second exam”THEN when my boys were called back, I’m told from the assistant that my daughter who is 7 years old. Can’t come in the back with us because she’s not a parent or a patient being seen!!!! When I asked her what I’m supposed to do with my daughter she told me I could either leave her in the waiting room or bring someone with me next time to wait with her. ….Are you kidding me? I would NEVER leave my 7 year old daughter by her self in a lobby let alone with an incompetent staff like this. Never again. Never, ever again. The dentist was nice but she was very much in a rush she was clearly backed up and busy but this was my boys FIRST dentist appointment which I’ve been hyping them up about…. and what a crappy experience they had!!! She barley spoke to them, checked their teeth fast, told me what needed to be done on the next visit and sent us on our way. Absolutely nothing even a little special for them. Literally the worst place and experience I’ve ever had with any pediatric facility. Shame on them all

Save yourself form this place! Please go look for other services. Terrible communication. They will have you waiting hours after your appointment time. Management is unprofessional has no idea how to handle an office.

Made an appointment. Was called the day before to tell me dentist wouldnt be available so had to reschedule a month out. Then i was lied to when we got to our appointment that I was called, emailed, and texted for a reminder and to bring my sons birth cert… for a dental office. No such call, email or text received. Front desk girl acted like it was the area i live when i got every other call, email, text from friends, family, etc. So… needless to say that when i get there after an hour drive, They wouldnt see my son bc its their policy to see a birth cert!!! Hes already been in the Fl medical system so why a dentist office needs this is beyond me. STOP HIRING LIARS AT YOUR FRONT DESK! Waste of time.

Thank God for Dr Hegarty and this office. I have been bringing my son here for 3 years and my son has always had a good experience. I have no idea why this currently has 2.8 stars overall, i think that is a mistake.
If you are reading this in 2024, this is a good pediatrician. I will continue to take my son here. Medicaid accepted. There is a pediatric dentist in the same office.
Dr. Hegarty has helped my son with everything from shots to stitches to trauma to infections. She is the best. This is a great office and they deserve support.

This is the second time I’ve been here and they are always running late and tried to pressure me into having daughter baker acted also had police showed up to do a wellness check if they ask to talk to your child alone don’t let them the dr told my child I don’t care about them dr Ana proano

Have been going to this location for years and have always been seen quickly and treated fairly. We have been seeing Sandra Heagerty for years. She is amazing my daughter feels very comfortable with her.
