My doc (Dr. Wigger) is really nice and the staff has always been nice to me. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews but I've never experienced any rude or disrespectful behavior from anyone in the practice. I can usually get a sick appointment within 48 hours and any work notes or accommodations have been provided to me the same day without hesitation. I never feel like I'm being rushed or that you the doctor is in hurry to get to the next patient. You don't come across many practices like this anymore. I actually trust my doctor and feel like she genuinely cares about my health and well-being. 🙂

I'm a nervous patient, and everyone in this office made me feel at ease. I was able to get a same-day appointment and the wait time was under ten minutes even though I was a new patient. I saw a Nurse Practitioner and she was very, very thorough, knowledgeable, and concerned. I feel like I received top-notch care and I'm thrilled to have a new primary care physician. I won't say I can't wait to go back, but I will certainly be less nervous the next time I need to.

Billing Department is incompetent and that is putting it nicely. They improperly billed my 2 insurance companies and then kept sending me bills. They even tried to send me to a collection agency for their incompetence. After I went round and around went them, they still tried to say I owed my co-pay which I went back to my bank statements and low and behold I paid my co-pay as I told them. They again did not apply my co-pays properly. After everything was said and done, I did not owe them anything but it was sadly their own incompetence and failure to properly bill my insurance companies and properly apply my co-pays.

However, Dr. Qasi is amazing and I have been seeing her for 7 years now. The Billing Department need to get it together.

The staff is wonderful. You cannot expect people who are loaded down with patients to meet your expectations of the perfect staff. They work hard and I've known most of them for 15 years. That ARE nice. My doctor is Rog. He is wonderful. Every doc I've seen when he was away or something has been great also. Most comments and ratings are only negative, so I had to represent for those who love these guys!

I have gone to Valrico Brandon Medical Center & Dr Judah for many years. Dr Judah is a capable and patient provider. I have never had any issues with her or her assistant Rhonda. I have never had any problems with scheduling or wait time. HOWEVER, getting lab results is a whole different story! Rhonda calls me promptly after the results are received & leaves a a voice mail. Then the problem begins! If you call the practice & ask for Rhonda you are told she is with a patient. If you leave a message on the voicemail you receive a call back at a random time. Maybe they are forgetting patients have schedules also & are not always available to take phone calls. This week I have left daily messages to retrieve my lab results & received 3 call back at times when I was unable to take the call. So, it has been over a week & I don’t have my important lab results which is stressful. This is not an issue caused by the doctor or the assistant. It is a practice management issue. My previous practice had identified call in times daily so there was an efficient transfer of information. I realize privacy is important but leaving information with permission could be an option. I had hoped that after the practice was purchased by Milenium this situation would change but it definitely has not.

I have been a patient at this office for many years and never had any issues with the exception of changes two different doctors. I called today to make an appointment and was given a time of 10:00 am. I arrived early and literally watched the waiting room clear out. I walk up to the front desk and question if maybe I have been overlooked. The very same person who checked me in advises that my appointment time was actually 11:15 No, I was told 10:00 am. If you knew when you checked me that I was super early then why would you not indicate that to me and allow me the option to choose what I wanted to do with the extra 1 hr and 15 minutes that I will not get back today.

The front desk staff is very unprofessional. I have visited the office 3 times within the past month and with all of my visits I have arrived 15 minutes early and I was not seen until at least 40 minutes after my appointment time. Why schedule me an appointment when I have to wait over an hour?

I am currently sitting in the office (it's 12:50), my appointment was at 12:15 but the receptionist told me to come in as soon as possible, therefore I arrived at 12:00. This is ridiculous.

I will be finding a new doctors office for my future appointments. One that doesn't forget about their patients for an hour after their scheduled appointment time.

I just had the absolute worst experience here. I my family has been seeing Dr. Reddy at this facility for years. I took my Grandmother to see him every 6 months. I call to make an appointment and they tell me Dr. Reddy is no longer there. They did not notify anyone in my family that he had left so we could have time to decide who we wanted to provide us medical care. The only choice I had to get her prescriptions refilled on time was to see another doctor there. I made the appointment with Dr Fred Bearison. Since we have had to wait 45-60 minutes past out appointment time the past two visits, I am assured that Dr. Bearison in always on time. This was important as I had to be back at work by 11:30am.

We arrive before our scheduled 10:15am appointment. At 10:45am I go up to the front desk to enquire about how much longer it will be. After 5 minutes the girl comes back and tells me she is not sure. Then tells me they are calling her back next. we get to the back and I ask the medical assistant if she could please send the office manager in after she leaves as I would like to express my displeasure with the wait times and such. 10 minutes pass and Dr. Bearison comes in. No office manager. I proceed to tell him that I am not happy with the how Dr. Reddy's departure was handled and that the excessive wait times are unacceptable. What happened next I was blown away by.

He very rudely tells me they cannot control what Dr. Reddy does in his personal life and that they are doing their best to pick up the pieces. I tell him that while he examines by grandmother I am going to go speak with the office manager that I already had requested to come into the room to speak with me. I get up to walk out and he starts yelling that I am not allowed to leave the room and that doing so was a violation of Hippa Laws. He goes to grab my arm but thankfully for him he stopped himself. I walk out into the hall and he says young lady you will be forcible removed from this building if you do not go sit back in that exam room. To avoid a scene on front of my 83 year old Grandmother I sit back down. He tries to change his tone and explain the wait times and the Dr. Reddy situation but the damage has been done. He does his exam and looks over her file and drops a bomb that they have been refilling medications without blood work since Sept 2014. WHAT?!?!?!? I have been requesting every 6 months that they send the blood work order to her assisted living facility and they told me they were doing just that. No wonder they insisted she come in for an appointment, They were trying to cover a HUGE overlook on their part. Exam is complete and we leave the very rude doctor.

I stop at the desk on the way out and once again ask for the office manager's name to speak to them. She tells me she does not know the name and will go look for them. 10 minutes pass and no one, not even the girl I asked comes back.I left since I had to go to work.

if this clinic does not want to handle my complaints internally, I will take them to the internet. I even tried to call them to discuss the matter and they still could not produce an office manager to speak to. We are done with this clinic. I advise anyone looking into this clinic to look elsewhere!!
