I am so sick and tired of dealing with the front end staff at this location! The Dr's are amazing, especially Dr Wallace, however their staff that answers their phones are horrible. They seem absolutely miserable. They are short, rude, arrogant, and are extremely bothered by our calls and concerns. If you don't like your job, quit!!! Give it to someone who needs it! I'm tired of dealing with the bad attitudes!!!!! There are people who have no problem going to patient relations or even the BBB with their complaints, so you guys had better figure out how to fix this.

Management is very poor. *Update* Went back to resolve issue of a paperwork mix up and staff enjoyed smirking at us. Waving and laughing goodbye to us. Unfortunately we will be looking for another Dr. soon. Dr. Wallace has been excellent but hard to get appointment with him. My husband just had a stroke and was in ICU for 4 days. Still hasn't been able to see him. Now with not being able to trust the front desk staff and supervisor with our paperwork it's time to move on soon.

The staff were nice, but I show up early for an 8:30am blood draw and the waiting room is nearly full.

Finally at 8:50am I get called back.

My usual TGMG location runs much smoother.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wallace for several years, and he is, by far, one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I feel like just a number with the rest of TGMG!! Cross your fingers that you don’t have any issues or need to be seen sooner than 3 months+ out because it’s just Not going to happen & I can’t seem to plan my health problems that far in advance. I was last seen by someone other than him & left in tears & was told they couldn’t help me anymore & if I had issues go to the ER. I am no longer a patient & am heartbroken that my last visit with Dr. Wallace turned out to be my last visit ever as I had to find a new doctor that can & will actually be able to see me.

Dr. Wallace is my whole family's pcp and we wouldn't change it. I've never had an issue with scheduling or the staff. I swear people on here just don't know how to use mychart and it shows. That or people are so used to instant gratification that they have zero patience.

Let me start by saying Dr Wallace is amazing, as is their new Dr. (can't remember his name but he's from Las Vegas).. Other than that, it's a huge mess! Their Medical Assistant gets more things wrong than right. She fills out forms incorrectly, constantly causing huge mix ups that I have to try and fix, which usually takes days. It's been happening for a very long time and hasn't gotten any better. And the front desk, when you call..you're on hold for 45 min only for someone to answer and then put you back on hold for another hour and hopefully not get disconnected after waiting 2 hrs. We have jobs and things to do.. None of us have time to sit on hold all day. It makes absolutely no sense and makes me want to switch to Baycare! I swear the ONLY thing that's keeping me with this practice is Dr Wallace!!! I feel sorry that he has to work with such a mess of coworkers.

I've been with Dr Wallace for years and can't imagine seeing anyone else.

The negative reviews here surprised me but then I remember the fact that this is a high income clientele that the office deals with, and probably much more uptight than the general public. Every medical office is going to have hiccups, but I've had only good experiences here.

Some of y'all need to relax.

Very disappointed with my experience with Jessica Ospina. She treated me worse than an animal that not even animals are treated like that at the vets. She ask me only three questions then hung up on me via Telehealth after requesting in person appointment. After the appointment I didn’t know what to do I just felt so degradedI didn’t even get a chance to explain myself to her. Ive been with Covid for 10 days and was not expecting to be treated like that. People like her should not hold a position like hers. At this point, an apology is not enough,I suggest TGH to monitor every single appointment and you will find out she has treated every single patient the way I have been treated.
