The people in the office were very kind to me. I was taken back exactly at my appointment time. The nurse aide Khristy (or Christy) was extremely sweet and patient. She was genuine in those characteristics. The new NP Brandi was very kind and personable, super professional she listened and answered, and she took really good care. Ms.Head came to go some bloodwork and she made the experience easier than any other time, I've been pricked. However, it's very hard to get on the phone with someone to discuss the results, I called three times and didn't receive a call back. The hours listed here on google, and the hours listed on the door are incorrect, I went by yesterday at 6pm and they had already closed, the door says closing at 7 on Thursday, google says closing at 6:30.

I went to the office because I have had vertigo off and on for 7 days plus ear pain both sides. Why didn’t I go sooner well I had to work among other things. I went to the urgent care in Macon the day before they subpar checked me and threw medicine my way advised I was fine. My PCP is Woodall Wilson and Manley. This office has always been great and honest which I love. I received a thorough exam and she advised I have fluid on my left ear plus bubbles. She gave me options and I advised. She also gave me a follow up appt as well as possible course of action on that appt. Highly recommend their office.

The past few times I have been here things have been slower and slower, word of advice. If you’re going to make my appointment at 10 A.M., I better be in there at 10. I had to rush over here from Macon only to sit for an hour and no one can answer as to why but everyone else around me gets called back? I will be looking into another doctor.

New patient for Dr. Woodall whom my family member talked so highly about. Drove almost an hour in a car. got there they required masks. Noone told me. I cannot medically wear one. I can prove that. But they refused my kids service for my medical health problems not being capable of wearing a mask even tho I know for a fact that we dont have covid and my son needed his medication thats why we were  there was for an appointment to get  in with dr  ontop of new patient with my other child . I had 3 kids with me.  They kept hanging up on me bc i was upset trying to figure out how my kids can be seen. Then they told me they refused my service and i need to call back to reschedule. Then call police for me sitting in parking On phone with my kids right there all in car. When they could have came out or called my phone asking me to leave premises.  No instead they SCARRED my kids.  The lady in front and nurse were not caring or understanding that i have rights too for my health. I should be able to take my kids to dr reguardless of my medical issues and I cannot wear a mask that is fact proven! That is infracturing upon my rights as an American as well as a human being. Its discrimation! Only medical office i have been to that  treats people like this.

Superb Dr ,love Dr Manley. She's always very attentive to what's wrong and helps me get the right medication or help needed. Great Bed Side Manner. Would Highly recommend her to anyone!

Extremely rude front office employees, they always take over an hour after your appointment time. If hair stylist can keep their appointment times together why can’t these doctors? 🤔
