BE WARNED. I will be asking for referrals out of Ogden Clinic exclusively because of the billing department. The supervisor Michelle. is. horrible. Genuinely the worst medical billing experience I’ve ever had. I will be reaching out to customer care. Always issues. They give you minimal notice and then send your account balance to collections with an additional 25-65% fee. They refuse to waive the fees. Appalling. They say you sign a contract too… which I never saw on paper. Oh and if insurance gets it wrong and you’re trying to fix it, they still won’t waive the fees!! I would give a 0 star review if I could. We will be going ANYWHERE else from now on.

I have a severe neurological condition that has left me mostly blind and deaf and in constant burning pain. I have received treatment at Ogden Clinic for over five years now and have been conscientious about paying my bills. This year my company changed insurances and HSA, leading to a mixup in my cards and one <$500 bill went unpaid for some time. That isn't to say that I wasn't making payments; I've paid tens of thousands of dollars to them over the past five years. My payment to their collection agency was rejected at first because my HSA saw it as a non-medical expense: normal miscommunications that are completely common. But when my crying two-year-old needed medical attention today, we were told to go elsewhere as my account was still under the care of their "collection partners". I was also unable to refill my pain medication, which for someone in my shoes is literally a life-threatening situation. I am disgusted to my core at the way my family has been treated and if every Ogden Clinic burned to the ground tomorrow, I'd consider it a Merry Christmas.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Their customer service is terrible. There was an issue with something not being billed properly/as preventative. When I tried to call there was NO help. They only sent one bill and then sent to collections and wound up over
50% of what the original bill was. All for something that should have been a 0$ copay to begin with had they billed the correct codes. I wish I could say this was the first time I’ve had issues with them.

I have had NOTHING but issues with Ogden clinics billing department. If I didn’t love my OB as much as I do. I would call off all Ogden clinics simply because of the billing department. My story is much like the others reviews her. I was ACTIVELY working with insurance to correct billing, and was in the mean time sent to collections, after being told it wouldn’t be. And now am being charged 25% in fees when all I owe now after insurance paying correctly from the $1900 sent to collections is $90, yet I still I owe almost $500 in fees charged by Ogden clinic. I would give a 0 star review if I could. We will be going else where from now on.

I like to start off by saying this review is for a job interview I had today, I showed up five minutes early at 9:55am my interview was scheduled for 10am know body checked to see if I was there I called after waiting for 15 minutes to make sure they didn't forget about me. I was called back I'm fully prepared for this interview udated resumes with copies if needed, dressed to impress, asked and answered any questions, do a side by side to see if this is what I wanted for 15-20 mins (which it was). All to be pulled to the side to be told I am disqualified for the position for a tattoo on my neck (my daughters name) which is small, I was told in my my interview as long as I covered it up either with my hair, a scarf, even a turtle neck which I do not have a problem with doing, I completely understand. My interview process lasted an hour, I felt so embarrassed, and ashamed when I walked out of the office as if I did something wrong. I got into my car and cried the whole way home. As someone who is educated, and qualified to preform the job duties with experience, a clean background no criminal background I felt as though I was judged based on something that can/could be fixed so easily. I was told I could not ever apply for any open positions. Also you can have arm tattoos just not the face and neck which I do not have any facial tattoos just a future reference.

My wife had surgery in March of 2021. Her Ogden Clinic doctor performed and billed for a procedure that was different than the procedure that had been pre-authorized by us and by our insurance provider. We paid our portion (co-pays and deductibles) up front for the approved procedure, however, the doctors office/Ogden Clinic sent a different Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code to our insurance provider for billing. Immediately after the billing mistake, and over the last several years we have been assured by multiple representatives at Ogden Clinic that this was their issue, that it was something that they dealt with on a regular basis, and that they would work with our insurance provider to get the issue resolved and for them to get paid. My wife has been back and forth working with different people to get this resolved for over three years. We have records and documentation that verify these facts. Despite all of that, Ogden Clinic has now sent us to collections asking us to pay for what they did not resolve, and trying to charge nearly $1,000 in additional fees and interest. In the past we have worked with great doctors and had good service through Ogden Clinic, but this has been an absolute nightmare and is not right.

Can't give a lower rating. I was a patient at Ogden clinic on Harrison blvd. Went to dermatology to see Dr Tingy for a biopsy. This turned out to be a melanoma, I went 2 weeks later for a Mohs procedure. I was being prepped for my procedure which I have had 7 previous times at other hospitals. My insurance as before covers this procedure without further charges. In this case I was asked to sign a paper while laying on my stomach being prepped to ok the specimen to be sent out to a second lab. This is the first time anyone has asked that and I thought as in all the other cases it would be covered by insurance. The Dr Tingy sent my specimen to a lab out of network which was never mentioned and the cost, which was not covered, was 8,500.00. None of these things were discussed with me. Why would any doc send anything out of network, knowing the patient would be charged. Why would any doc do this knowing the cost was 8500.00. Is Tingy getting paid by the lab per patient. I work full time in the health field but don't have this kind of money.

They send amounts to collection after ONE MONTH. I hadn’t even finished services with the doctor I was working with, I was waiting for insurance and the final bill but because it had been one month since my first visit they sent the bill over to collections, before my insurance had even sent me anything. I paid the full balance and was told I was good and then got the call from collections a few weeks later. They never even mentioned that they had sent a bill to collections. I’ve had the run around for months and now the collections is charging fees and interest on a balance I’ve already paid. Now I’m stuck with paying a bill I’ve already paid or hurting my credit. I’ll never use Ogden Clinic again.
