I thought of him as a father always loved him and still do to this day. That's my hero right there!! Bottom line up front: They cancelled service, failed to return phone calls, failed to reschedule service, and failed to show again.

I scheduled routine shutter maintenance with B&H Shutters. To get a date that worked for me, I had to wait several weeks. There was no confirmation call the day before the work was scheduled. On the day that the work was scheduled no one came. I called the office and they verified that I was on the schedule for the day. Shortly after that I received a call from the technician stating that there was an "emergency" and that they may or may not be able to make it. He said he would call back to let me know or to reschedule. He never showed up and he never called back. Since that was a Friday, I waited until Monday and called the office again. The person answering the phone stated that he would put me down for the following Friday since they had two technicians scheduled that day. He said that he had to speak with the technician to make sure, but that he would call me back if there was an issue. When I discussed that they had cancelled me on the previous Friday, he said there was nothing else he could do. Again no return phone calls. On Thursday (day before work was tentatively scheduled) I called the office, since I had not heard from them, to verify whether or not they were able to perform the work that was tentatively scheduled. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded the same as the one I spoke to on Monday. He now stated that there was no record of an appointment for me. I reiterated the entire story and he again confirmed that there were two technicians working and they may or may not be able to come but that he needed to speak with them first. He said that he would call back in an hour. There was again no return phone call. A few hours later I again called the office. I spoke to the same person who told me that he was unable to speak with the technician, but would speak to him when he returned to the office by 4:00 and would then call me. Once again no return phone call. Since I had the technician's number from a voice message that was left initially, I called him directly. He did not answer his phone, nor did he respond to my voice message asking him to call me. Similarly there was no phone call on Friday morning and no one showed up. So to sum it up, I have no appointment to replace the appointment that they cancelled, I am unable to get answers from either the office or the technician, and I have not received 5 promised phone calls that never happened. I have never been treated so poorly by a service-industry company.

I spent over a month working with B&H Shutter company to address our hurricane shutter needs and repairs. They have poor communication and follow up. They misquoted the work and then did not honor the quote. We finally agreed to the work and the cost when they then declined the work altogether. They did this ahead of hurricane season.

I strongly advise no one consider using this company. I will be filing an official compliant.

Just had our shutters installed from B&H Shutters, and couldn't be more pleased! Professional beyond expected! We did put in our contract quite a while back, because they're so booked out, but so worth the wait! Thank you Mark, Carol and Brian for all your help!!

If you are looking to have shutters installed at your home, I highly recommend B&H shutters. They are really busy so you need to sign up sooner than later as there will be a wait however they are well worth the wait. I am truly happy with the installation and the staff all the way around. Great job!

They came to measure for estimate. DId not hear anything from them. Numerous voicemails left w no response. Spoke w a rep who said they would call right back. It's been a week and still waiting for the callback.
