I was in town from Honolulu and fell sick with the flu. I came to this location twice in one week and despite how bad I felt, the experience here at 336 N. Main Street was wonderful. The nurse I saw both times for intake was fantastic. She took my concerns seriously and she was so gentle when she had to swab my nose, twice! The APRN and PA I saw on both visits were also wonderful caring people that listened to my concerns and took their time explaining things to me. I would definitely go back here. They even allowed my mom to come into the patient room with me (despite me being a 41 y/o adult!). I also really liked how you can save your spot online so you know what time to show up!! I'm home now in Honolulu and it took me about 3 weeks to feel better, thank you so much for the wonderful care while I was in West Hartford.

Kema is very nice at the front desk, very helpful and has a great bubbly personality, but PA Mekonnen, Canaan is very forgetful. I just left my appointment and she forgot that she was supposed to prescribe me medication and I had to keep coming back to get that information into the system because it was not properly put in MyChart and I had to go back to remind her what she was supposed to prescribe to me, That’s very concerning being that I had just left.

I came to this place needed to be seen urgently, same day appointment met with Timothy Holsbeke, PA. Who was professional and respectful and took good care of me. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns during my visit. Also, the medical assistant Melissa was very professional, pleasant and respectful towards me. It was my first time visiting at this medical office. Compared to other Hartford Healthcare Group offices that I have visited in the past overall my experience at this place was good.

Someone in scheduling scheduled me for 8 o’clock and when I got there at eight they said I was supposed to check in at 7:45 and they wouldn’t see me and I took off of work to be here. The scheduling and the front desk terrible.

Just sad how medical professions feel like they don’t have to be pleasant and professional . Needles to say after visiting this place one time I won’t send my family here again. Spoke to Natalie ( which wasn’t the name she said when I she first picked up ) who needs training on customer service and how to speak on the phone . She explained the Dr. Had a emergency on a rainy Monday but didn’t have any other dr take over or have the option to see anyone else just a phone call a hour and half before the appointment that it’s canceled … the only other time is a month and half away. When this appointment has been scheduled for a year. I’m over people acting like they aren’t at work and they don’t have to do there job so if your okay with poor behavior and professionalism. Go see them they have one less patient .

Have been coming to this healthcare center for years. I have had outstanding care, especially during some periods of health issues requiring my primary care physician to make the appropriate referrals and follow-up. I have always found the staff to be efficient, timely, courteous and accommodating. I can’t say enough about my continuity and quality of care provided by the Doctors and nurses. I am very fortunate to have been introduced to this team and their care.
