Love Dr: Arletty to pieces! She is such an amazing doctor! Volusia county is so lucky to have her as a doctor in our area. Please keep her in this practice for as long as you possibly can! I don’t want her to leave my mom and I just absolutely love and adore her. She’s old school she treats you as a whole she listens she cares she takes her time other you (for as busy as she is), that to me means a hack of a lot in my book. She has resourceful skills and she comes up with a plan of attack to better your health and she follows up with you too. Not just a one and done kind of doctor visit.

Dr. Smith and Dr. Darnell are compassionate and competent doctors. They got me right in when I was waiting over 2 days for my pulmonologist to get back to me and was having a major asthma flare. They're great with referrals and guidance.
The office staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, too!

I went for an woman exam . The doctor was very friendly and informative. The doctor made me feel very comfortable and I was able to ask questions pertaining to my health. The team at complete was awesome

Stephanie at the front desk this morning was a ray of sunshine!!! What an amazing smile an attitude!! Love coming here as no other place I would go with Casey as my doctor. Always a smile, listens to her patients concerns, and never treats you like a number!! ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Darnell and Dr. Smith are both doctors who care more about 'how easy' a patient is rather than if they have issues that need to be fixed. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness in 2023 and both of these doctors didn't care to help me figure it out. I was just diagnosed with a thyroid issue, which both of these doctors tested and NEGLECTED to tell me that it was high! I only found out my thyroid labs were high when I switched to a more competent doctor who actually cares.

As someone that avoids the dr like the plague simply because I’ve found offices to be so unfriendly and unhelpful, my first visit here was a pleasant surprise.
