I made an appointment because of a growth on my face. 6 months later they cancelled it so I had to make another appointment 6 months in advance. Fast forward another year and I still have no knowledge of what it even is. All I ever hear is someone will call you. Absolutely unacceptable. They don't care about us at all. The VA is dogshit on its best day.

Waited 3 months for an appointment on the 3rd of January, only to have it canceled by the facility. They didn't even contact me, I had to go to the website to find out. Unbelievable.

Absolutely the bottom of the barrel as far as VA facilities go. Staff is argumentative and generally annoyed to have to do their job to help people. If you need to make a serious appointment, I hope you have foresight, otherwise it might take you 8 months just to be seen. Honestly they just need to shut it down, Pensacola is worth the drive for a better experience.

If you want to die in a waiting room, then go to this location. It's a joke. Never any appointments, half the time they won't even let you schedule your own appointment, and their favorite saying is "let me call you back". That way they get you off the phone, and NEVER DO ANYTHING. That's ONLY if you can get anybody to actually answer the phone. They love cancelling and scheduling appointments without even telling you. You'll just get a letter in the mail one day letting you know you missed an appointment you never knew you had. This clinic is the very reason why us vets are having such a terrible time getting medical care. Shut the clinic down and fire everybody. 1 star is entirely too generous for this place.

I have just received copies of my VA Medical records with a handwritten note stating that they are assisting me in collecting my records from other out of state VA Clinics. Thank you PCB VA! Yes, the entire staff has made great strides in giving Veterans better service these past few years. Thank you all!

No. Don't move to Panama City or nearby if you are a veteran and need medical care. Everything is harder, discouraging, and confusing. You could lose your life because of the community care, urgent care, miscommunication, involving Alabama and Mississippi despite you living in Florida, etc. It is too much to keep up with if you're hurting. It's very depressing and I wouldn't wish this VA on even my worst enemy. Don't do it. I learned my lesson.

The worst va I've ever encountered. The Dr I was assigned is horrible and rushed me out of the office without hearing half of the things I need addressed. The dental section only had excuses of why they can't do certain things and the receptionist has about as much personality as a stop sign. I would rather drive all the way to Pensacola to be seen than deal with this lackluster va ever again.

Too sad and ridiculous to elaborate. Bottom-line, incompetence of the system, apparant lack of concern by many for veterans, inability to keep qualified physicians, not keeping veterans updated when their primary care doctor leaves, taking months to get an appointment, third party prescription company loosing prescriptions, etc.
