They open at nine, I was waiting in the parking lot at 8:30, I’ve never been the first person in the door only to STILL wait three hours just to get a simple physical. For Pete’s sake, the nurse does all the testing in a few short minutes. Nothing worse than a simple routine procedure taking ten times longer than needed and they aren’t even busy. A true waste of my time, money, and effort.

This is a reliable, fast, helpful, doctor’s office. They cared for my son and he immediately felt better after 14 hours. This is ten times better than the minute clinic CVS across the road. The doctor cared for him, prescribed him the perfect medications, and sent us on our way! If you’re near by and need a quick doctor check this one out!

Dr Ulhaq is outstanding when your focus is on health and wellbeing. After years of having symptoms brushed off because I am otherwise in excellent health, Dr Ulhaq reviewed the history of symptoms with fresh eyes and set a plan to identify the cause(s).

My only improvement would be if appointments were timely, as he is often running well behind schedule. While this is inconvenient for planning your day, it’s the price I am willing to pay for a Dr who takes the time to understand and assess each patient individually, and also responds to Urgent Care needs in a small and personal office.

I’m sorry but if you know that you don’t have a x-ray tech for the day and you know the individual is going to a x-ray why make them sit there for nearly 4 hours prior to telling them. Ruthann was the one who explained it and she is the manager. My son has been dealing with a work injury for a month now and it’s only getting worse. He’s adjuster said to go there for a referral to an Orthopedic not to be given the run around. They were saying to try again tomorrow and then it would take a week to read the x-rays no thank you. I will return to the hospital where everything can be done at once. The funniest part was when she stated she was going to refer him after the week to Dr.Rohan he is spine surgeon not like his dad and does all orthopedics. My advice is to steer clear of this place. Since leaving there office we have learned my son’s thumb needs surgery and the longer he waits the worse the condition was becoming it’s called a mallet thumb. So please seak medical care from elsewhere.

I would choose zero stars but it's not a choice. I went in for a follow-up. I was told I have to wait to see if they can take me or not for that particular diagnosis. And that was not a problem at all. The problem came in when I asked at the 20 min, 40min mark of is it a "yes" or "no" because I did not want other places to close while I'm waiting for them to give me a yes or no. One lady was walking out to answer my question, then she turned around and walked back and said she has a phone call. So yes at that point I was upset because not only am I waiting for just a plain yes or no, you take a call to make me wait even longer. So again I feel treated unfairly because they had time to talk to a white female that walked up. When I voiced my concern, the lady whom said she was the manager and owner of the office called me to the back room. When I got back there I was stating my previous diagnosis and the area I was still having issues with. She then said they do accept my insurance and can treat me, but "I am not a good fit" is what she kept repeating. And she said I could complete paperwork and get in line behind anyone in the lobby. Even though I was there before them. I asked if she was "denying me service" and she kept stating "you are not a good fit". I am super hurt and embarrassed by this experience to know in today's time we still have to deal with being treated unfairly. The fact she did this in front of her workers and in front of patient in the lobby. And after researching she is not the owner.

Sent here for workers comp. The manager is rude and has no customer service skills. This visit was a complete waste of time, and I didn't accomplish any progress. Waited three hours just for them to tell me they don't have an x-ray tech today and I needed to come back tomorrow.

I would also give zero stars no negative if option. I took a drug test there and was flat out lied to by the guy giving the test. Had my test sent off to lab for testing and he told me that they would contact me within 3 to 5 business days w my results. I would be the first they contacted before going down the chain of command from there. Two weeks later not a word so I called and was told by a female they don't and wont do that. It goes straight to the person requesting the test. So he flat out lied to me about the when thing. WOW!!! SHOCKED!!
