Dr Lawrence Crafa, is a excellent, and very knowledge doctor! He takes the time to explain what he is doing, prescribes what's best and genuinely cares about your well being! I highly recommend Dr Crafa DO and his excellent and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking too...

PA Michael Sans is amazing! After Dr Robles left, I was nervous because I was very comfortable with him. I had the same GP for years (Dr Isdith of Massapequa) for years until she retired, and was unable to find someone as awesome as her until I finally met Dr Robles. Then he left, and I was back to square one.

PA Michael Sans is very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, caring, patient, etc. I can't say enough of great things about him! I would highly recommend him!

I also met with PA Donna Murphy once, and she was thorough, too!

I’m writing this review based upon seeing Dr. Robles. That’s why it is getting 5 stars. If it was based on the front desk staff it wouldn’t be getting those 5 stars. Anyway, Dr. Robles is a wonderful doctor. I have only been seeing him about a year now and I couldn’t have found a more caring, humorous and friendly doctor. I feel like he genuinely cares about your overall well being and actually listens to you when you talk. He has honestly helped me get back on my feet as I suffer from anxiety/panic disorder. He perscribed me meds that have helped me 100% within just the first 3 weeks of starting it. When I go in for a follow up, first thing he asks is “how are you doing on the medicine?” He genuinely wants to help you and I am so so glad I found him. I would recommend Dr. Robles to anyone I know! But in all honesty, and I’m not a mean review kind of person, some members of the front staff in my past visits have been nothing but unfriendly and it makes your visit uncomfortable. The last time I went (3/4) the front staff was super sweet and personable. A very nice change from my last appointment a month before!

I'm first responder from 9/11 and have been going for checkups at WTC monitoring in mineola. Thank God i have never been diagnosed with any negative results. Except this year, i received some negative results and was told to get rechecked at my primary care physician. Now, since I've been going to this program and they really do an excellent job. I haven't needed a primary care physician. So I asked my partner for his , and he recommended Dr. carfa, so i called for a appointment they ask me if it had to be Dr Carfa for the check-up, i made the mistake and said no.
So i went for my check-up on march 7, 2018, with the other doctor in the office. I told her i needed a full checkup.
To tell you i was disappointed would be an understatement. The nurses did everything, and it was really not bad. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and really didn't say much.
I went for the blood test the same day (they didn't check my urine), and i still haven't heard back from anyone yet. I called them and asked if they could give me my results, i was told someone would get back to me.
I'm still waiting 20 days later.
Now i have my WTC doctor asking me if i followed up with my primary care physician, and i still can't even get my blood test results

I’ve been coming here as a patient maybe for 7-8 years. Decided to stayed even after Dr Robles left and moved to Connecticut. Surprisingly, I am getting bills from the visits me and my husband did since October. We were told that they are NOT part of United health Northwell anymore, so we were down to a different category and now being charged more per visit, charged more for anything they did during visit. I called the billing department and questioned the bill, and I argued that if they changed their status when it comes to the insurance, how come there’s no announcement, no letters or nothing posted in the office to inform their patients. The lady from the billing said “I don’t know but we are NOT required to do that” So people in the front desk asked patients every visit, if there’s any changes to our information but they don’t tell us any changes on their side. I’ve been reaching out to United to help us settle the bills. But the way it was handled by them, and for us to be billed to something that’s not expected is very frustrating and annoying, especially at this time, where you don’t want to spend your hard earned money for anything that you’re not supposed to.

My family and I have been using this practice for more years than I can recall. We were saddened by the loss of Dr Rachlin. May he RIP. Dr Crafa and the staff would make him very proud. The practice has 5 stars. Front desk staff helpful, efficient and friendly. Our experience with the techs, nurse, PAs and physicians has been a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Robles for a few years now, and he's been really great. Listens to your concerns and directs one for immediate testing.
Sadly, this review is based on the manner (or lack of it) from the old bat in the front desk with the painted hair. She is beyond rude, always with a bad disposition, and would be better suited to work at the DMV.

Avoid her if possible.
