I have been twice. Once my son fell on his wrist and we thought it might be broken. They did a good job. I'd give them a 5 except I also needed a physical for my daughter and they don't do that. Why can't their doctors do a physical? No idea. They can only do sports physicals. Lame. So 5 for one visit and 1 for another equals a 3 I guess.

First visit here was great, came back for convince of them having my medications on file and information. But that choice has come back around twice to bite me. Misdiagnosed once and second time given medication that don't work for me even after telling the nurse and doctor that medication does not help or work for me. Had a appointment for 4:30 wasn't seen till after 6pm! Person before me checked in 3:45 and wasn't taken back till they called me also. Doctor was short, wouldn't really let you talk and nurse was very rough doing test. Awful awful service, this location went down hill since emily left. I'll find another doctor my insurance covers cause this bad of service isn't worth it.

I would highly recommend you consider a different location for something as serious as your health! The staff and providers here are very unknowledgeable about even simple things! We called to seek an appointment as our 10 year old was complaining of being itchy he didn’t have any major rash or running a fever, we spoke to staff who checked with the “provider” who stated they wouldn't know what to do with that situation and even suggested we got to the ER!!! We instead went to Atrium (Floyd) urgent care in Calhoun my child was diagnosed with a common issue in younger children in public care (molluscum ) a common skin condition spread thru contact in children. You could liken it to something like catching lice!! Mind absolutely blown with this place!!

I used to think we had a good Dr. but I’m so fed up with her at this point. My husband was hospitalized last year and while in the hospital we found out that he had Type 2 Diabetes, now about a week prior to his “surprise” hospital stay his primary care Dr. took blood to check his A1C and do a complete work up.. NEVER was it mentioned that he had diabetes, if we hadn’t gone to the hospital my husbands blood sugar would have gone unmonitored and he would have become even more sick.

Which brings me to my next issue… I have been trying MULTIPLE times to contact someone ( for over a month now) because my husband needs more insulin and along with some other things.. I use to be able to leave a voice mail explaining my needs or concerns and someone would give me a call back in regards ( 2 min conversation TOPS!) Now they took away the option to leave a voice mail and no one calls me back anymore! Therefore.. my husband STILL has no insulin!

The last visit with the Dr. she actually GOOGLED the symptoms and diagnosis that I was telling her in front of me stating “I’ve never heard of that”…

I thought maybe our needs and circumstance were extremely unique until I talked to 3 coworkers who are RN’s and they told me that all PCP’s should at least have some knowledge of our particular circumstance.

We recently started seeing a Chiropractor who is more educated and has provided more (accurate) info than our PCP.

If you want “nice” than your golden there.. But if you want answers or help, that’s questionable.. I guess it depends on your individual needs and if she has “heard of that or not”.

Had a follow up appointment post surgery with Emily Johnson. Arrived 15 minutes early, waited 90 minutes, close to ten people arrived after me just went right on back, finally left after waiting 90 minutes and not being seen. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, but will try to avoid ever having to come there again, complete waste of time.

I've cancelled all my appt with any AdventHealth provider. Y'all showed me today why I don't go to Drs. Been to four in two weeks and I just get passed around while all my symptoms are ignored. And I'm the one living with them and the pain. I'm done permanently with Drs.

Came in for a visit, the nurse misdiagnosed me and prescribed me medicine that did not work. They demanded I would need to come back in after telling them I live 3 hours away. They would not let me speak with the nurse over the phone about my symptoms. The staff here has no integrity.

Highly recommend to see Emily Johnson. She is wonderful!! My husband has been seeing her for years. Love her caring personality and the great care she provides.
