Terrible experience! Arrived promptly for a noon appointment & checked-in at the front desk. After an hour and 45 minutes I was told from the front desk that I'd actually never checked in even though I'd gotten the confirmation from the employee managing the front desk AND additionally the automated Advent Health email. Clearly a clerical error on the administrative staff! While seeking resolution but ultimately making matters worse, the PA instructed administration that they would have no time to fit me in anymore...missing the opportunity to right the wrong which they created! Although I've been going here my entire life, its evident customer service has tumbled to a new low in this office. To further collaborate my stance, I've learned of another family member who just recently changed primary care due to mischarging medical fee's from this office. Unfortunately, the glory days of Dr. Treharne, whom always provided exceptional service and care, have become a thing of the past and the new team has dropped the ball.

Doctor Cochran has always helped me out, and his diagnoses and prescriptions have always been good. Dr. Daniel Cochran is also attentive and friendly. His prescriptions have often healed me within days, and for harder problems sometimes within weeks. His care is excellent, thoughtful and personal. His staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great clinic, and has been for the twenty years I’ve needed and enjoyed it.

Was a patient for 2 years my insurance updated my PCP without my consent. Had a follow up hospital appointment with them for Tuesday and because I was moved out of their network and tried to get back. Nobody would help me. It’s sad how you treat established patients.

Rating one star is wayyy to much. This place is horrible. I started going here when my son was born in 1993 and both my kids were seen by professional loving doctors that were partners before Advent health; I myself on occasion come to see them with no issues. But a few years back ,2021, I started having thyroid issues and came back. As of March 2024, the doctor I was seeing left, so I scheduled an appoint with Dr D* because I was having swelling in my legs. Long story short, I had blood work done and the results show low white blood cells, low protein, low albumin, low thyroid and thyroid antibodies were high and a few other things. I have not heard from this doctor at all (since the blood work came back as of April 8th and now its Apr 30th) and when I called the office, I was told that Dr D* said if I don't feel good go to the hospital. I don't not need to go to the hospital, I need a really doctor to evaluate the blood work and find out what is going on (root cause)!! On a positive note, this Dr did change my thyroid meds and that has helped somewhat but I still have some swelling and am unable to get a response or an evaluation as to what is going on.

After me and my mother going to this doctors office for over 10 years, I have decided to not go back. The complete office staff has changed and it has went downhill since it turned to Advent health. Not only is the office tired and in dire need of updates, but they want to put me on medication‘s without even looking at recent bloodwork. Also, I am fed up with the billing. I am self-pay and every time I check out they tell me I am paid in full, but then two days later I get another bill that is emailed to me. They continuously email me and text me that I still owe money and I feel like I’m being strong-armed into paying more than I owe. The first time I paid it because it was only $16 but the last visit I went to last month, the same thing happened after I was assured at check out that I was paid in full. After multiple phone calls to the office and their billing , I have yet to get this straightened out. Nobody knows what the additional billing is for and the office manager never returned my phone calls.
I am also tired of their questionnaire that you fill out prior to your visit and then you get asked another dozen questions when you get there… Do I feel loved? It’s none of their damn business. If I need a psychologist, I’ll hire one. I found a new doctor that is refreshingly great to work with and dumped advent health.

This office needs improvement went in for the appointment signed in front desk then asked 30minutes later if I was there for an appointment. Once called back the MA took my BP and said it was elevated never have issues with this last month normal. When asked to have ARNP take BP was ignored and not done instead sent same MA in to retake wow. The ARNP dismissed my input and rather than believe what I’m saying just dismissed my thoughts on things instead persisted that I do bloodwork and wanted to start me on BP meds. This is by far the worst Advent heath experience ever for me very disappointed.

I have been going to this office for 6 years and I feel like family when I walk in, the staff is always friendly and whenever I call with an emergency they always get me in there as soon as possible! Lindsey is awesome! she is the sweetest person I have met in a long time and my husband and kids really like her she makes them feel like she is their best friend, they feel like they can tell her anything without judgement.
I will be moving out of state and I wish I could take them with me.

Updated: I returned to this place and decided to give them a second shot, after a first bad experience where it felt like we were talking past one another. I got a different doctor this time, Dr. Johnson, who was absolutely incredible. He handled my problem that I'd been dealing with for a year and a half and I haven't felt better. I couldn't sleep. Like at all. I was getting 1-3 hours a night of sleep on most nights. He listened and helped me through everything I was dealing with. I couldn't be more thankful!
