This ain’t my first rodeo at the STD clinic yet you better believe I will show up on a Monday at noon and not walk out of there until 5:30 PM with more questions than answers and no treatment.
I know that this place has the funding to implement trained employees that can be more informative and helpful about such sensitive topics.
If I’m saying I have symptoms and am in pain I should be walking out of there with a damn bandage on my bum. Not sitting here four business days later with no results, no treatment, and still in pain.

I really enjoyed the service today. My last visit to AID Atlanta was back in 2018/2019. I needed treatment for a recent diagnosis, and this center provides free treatment and testing. I really like the new facility. It’s super spacious and I appreciated seeing that the office has gotten very multifaceted and organized. This place has really changed for the better, and the staff were super professional and friendly. I went on a very rainy Monday morning, so that was nice; there was no crowd. I arrived at 9:55 a.m. and walked out at 10:31 a.m. I appreciate y’all’s services!

Workers here are angels. Always professional and quick. Get tested guys! The young nurse with the glasses was amazing. Person on information hotline went out of his way to make sure I got there correctly

Never will I go into that clinic again! They joked around too much and had too much free time on their hands. A short lady with thick dreads gathered her coworkers to talk about my situation AND WHEN SHE SAW ME SHE STOPPED TALKIN AND EVERYBODY LOOKED AT ME!! My situation isn’t a topic to be discussed for nobody’s entertainment. I am disappointed this happen because seeing a predominant staff of black people made me feel safe but to see that happen to me made me wonder how many other people they’ve also talked about. Do BETTER

I called to check if the center was open and accepting walk-ins due to the snowstorm. The person on the information hotline was extremely rude, snapping at me that they ‘have four other people on the line’ and ‘just opened’ and that they’ve ‘been closed for three days’. It’s literally their job to provide information. It’s called an information hotline. Y’all need to stop letting these jobs burn you out and take your PTO or simply quit if you hate it that much. You’re taking your frustrations out on people who are just trying to get help. Do better.

This place is my favorite Testing Center of all testing centers I have ever visited. Additionally, it is at no COST to you! What more can you ask for beside a phenomenal customer service, which they do provide with joy. It is simply refreshing to observe them do what they do to help out the locals in finding their health status. Also, the place is impeccably clean. Results are delivered electronically with total discretion. Fantastic!

It’s ridiculous how places don’t hire compassionate people for sensitive topics. I had called before I came (3 o clock) in because I was going to be driving for 45 minutes I told them my ETA and they said I should be fine depending on how many people come and that it wasn’t busy. When I get there (only took me 30 mins arrived at 3:30), there’s no one at the front desk to tell you where to go or anything, so I started reading the signage and went to a desk where some very rude male was sitting. He said they’ve seen over 200 people and I would not be seen today even though the sign says last check in is at 5:30. I explained that I had called, the man on the other line told me that it wasn’t a long wait. How could the spots fill up in 30 minutes? I understand that it is Atlanta and indeed there could’ve been a lot of people within that time to sign in, but there’s no way that all the spots could’ve filled up when there’s still two hours left.
I’m so sorry that those 200 people probably had to deal with that nasty attitude!
