Laura Copeland NP has a very condescending attitude when it comes to patients strongly advocating for themselves. She will educate as long as you don't question what she knows. When she is challenged on the information that she has provided in the ways of education, she becomes extremely dismissive with your complaints. She did not know that I was trained as a mid level provider as well. Providers are trained to deliver culture competent care in which this visit she did not. My hope is that she reads this review and make adjustments to her patient education so that they will feel heard and not dismissed.

I went into this office on September 17th. I knew I had to pay a co-pay, but the receptionist stated that I need to pay something on the balance. The balance was $207 and I told her that I couldn't pay something towards the balance,but I will be able to next time. I told her I had my co-pay and that I couldn't pay something toward the balance. She assisted that I reschedule and I told her that I couldn't reschedule; because I need this procedure done so that the doctor who is doing my surgery will have the results by the time I get to my appointment. She kept saying that I need to pay extra or reschedule and I kept telling her that I couldn't. What happened to the oath that they took when she decided to work in the healthcare field? I will not be referring anyone to this office; if money is the reason why someone can't see a doctor. To me pay some money is better than not collecting any money. At least I could of taken care of my co-pay, but that wasn't good enough for her. All she was worried about was collecting money.

I just want to say that they are amazing here. So I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from. But I have nothing but nice things to say about them. I was having some problems and needed to be seen and I have never been here before and I was a walk in. Let me tell you they still seen me as a walk in even tho I was new. So I just want say thank you for getting me in and taking care of me.

Canceled my last few appointments with them after they neglected to provide me with proper care resulting in the death of my child. Searched for a new doctor but none had any available appointments for me so I had called to see if I could get in just to be sure it wasn’t anything major. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She was eating while on the phone smacking very loudly. She used much sarcasm or was being “funny” as I explained why i needed to make an appointment said that “oh so now you want to come because after you canceled all your appointments.” Not to mention the waits can be 3 hrs long just for them to tell you your fine 2 minute conversation and send you on. by the way… i was not fine :/ ended up in the ER

I’ve never been so unheard in my life. Patients are treated like numbers. There are a few staff that have good bedside manner but the bad ones definitely outweigh the good ones. Terry Clare had the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen in my life. She’s even snappy with the nurses. Once I reported her my entire experience at the office shifted for the worst. It was sad to experience such nonchalant treatment for just explaining how someone made you feel.

When you call the office you wait a good thirty minutes to talk to someone. When you ask to talk to a nurse or doctor you are sent to a voicemail. No one has ever called back. There were instances with low fetal movement and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone at the office. I had to result to going to the hospital. Constant reschedules of appointments and when you go to wait for a minimum of 30 in the packed waiting room. You are eventually triaged but then have to sit and wait another 30+ to be seen.

When my dr dropped me due to her going out of practice, I was thankful to get an appointment here pretty fast. I was considered a high risk pregnancy and they did a great job of taking care of me and my baby. Dr Adebule is the best. She preformed my C-section and I couldn’t be happier. She and her staff were very supportive, friendly and caring.

If I could rate 0 start I would. This place is absolutely horrible. They over book appointments so you’ll be waiting over an hour every time you go. The staff is a hit or miss. Some of them are nice, some of them have the worst attitude. Depends on the day. They also make you meet every midwife, some of them are nice and make you feel comfortable. Some of the other ones just want you in and out, and don’t care much about what you have to say. They also didn’t let me choose who my midwife was. I was very uncomfortable with the one I got put with. Also they “forget” to send in your medication. I had to message my doctor on FACEBOOK to get my prescription. That happened twice, and I still had to wait hours for them to send it over to get filled. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

I moved here last year from FL , 3 months pregnant. They took me in with having insurance yet . Everyone I have met so far is outstanding , but my favorite would b rebecca wilkes. I have been coming here for a year and half now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
