Bought this bag from Aldo store at R city mall. Not even a year old already started peeling off. While buying store people committed it had a life long warranty, forget about life time warrants it has not lasted 1 year, quality is so pathetic. Store people now are lying that they haven't committed any lifetime warranty. Such is the quality and irresponsible behavior of this so called big brand. Liers taking about lifetime warranty when product is even nor good to last for one full year. Store people initially denied having bought this item from their store, only after showing bill they agreed. Thinking of reporting this cheating with customers to legal authorities.

Bought a expensive pair of shoes from your store at R City Mumbai. The shoes’ material started peeling out the very next day when I wore them for the first day. I have complained to the store but no response yet. Saying this manager is on leave that manager is on leave. Such pathetic product and customer service. Making a fool out of customers.

Its worst experience by the stor at R city mall we have paid Rs 9000 for a beg after the 2 months the color got fade they are many follow up we made at thire stor but thire was no proper response they will just give u fools commitment sayying will do the riper your beg I am sharing the beg picture to show all please dont buy anything from this stor of R city mall ghatkoper or you will be next fool
