*stay away from this Doctor*Horrible experience with Dr. Cochran. I came upon a situation where my medicine was running out at thanksgiving time. I spoke to him the Friday before thanksgiving and was informed to call and speak to the nurse at his new office to have it filled on Monday. Phoned and spoke to nurse and they said they would take care of it on Monday. I called back in on Monday (before thanksgiving) to remind. Did not hear anything and by this point I am out of my medicine. Called back on Wednesday and got the run around and then someone called back and didn't leave a message. Called three times before someone answered and was told I need to set up an appointment to see him before he would fill the medicine. Now mind you this is a medicine that I am on and have been on for over 5 years. He knows I am out of medicine and tells me I need to come see him to get a refill right before thanksgiving when there are no slots open. This is so unprofessional, leaving a patient without medicine after telling them that he would sort it on Monday. Then leaving them with no way to make an appointment. *Stay away from Sidney Cochran at all cost.

It’s pretty bad when dr Cochran tells a teenager they need church not medication. You never know what that child has been through in life and after several years of dealing with sleepless nights, anxiety, stress and night terrors they get the courage to ask for help a dr gaslights them. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable behavior maybe it’s time to retire. I’m furious

I have to say that this was the first time I’ve called and was treated this way. This lady put me on hold and I was waiting for 20 min on the phone so I hanged the phone up and called again and they didn’t even answer the phone and insisted on putting me on hold several times. So I was on hold for 40 min!!! Then finally I called again and the lady answers the phone and says” can you hold?”” And I’m like I’ve been on hold for 40 min and she’s like how may I help you? Like she was really doing nothing important and didn’t feel like answering the phone. I was sick and needing to be seen and she could have cared less. Whoever this women who was working the phone on Monday June 17th around 10-11 a.m was rude and didn’t want to do her job.

So I am upset because, my wife had a serious allergic reaction and a sinus blockage that caused her face to swell. Well we made a doctors visit for 3:45 and after making changes with the office staff we literally waited until 5:03 before we were ever brought back to be seen. It’s not that we had any problem with the doctor it was the fact after waiting and hour and half, my wife asked when would they be sending her back. The front staff literally forgot she was there and proceeded to get an attitude upon her asking. We will never be using Amelia Medical Plaza again. This was a complete joke. And to believe that this doctor is on the board at Memorial Hospital, this is the type of treatment we get.

If I could I would give Doctor Kyle Kelly more then 5 stars. Great doctor. Very friendly and i can tell he truly cares about helping people and not just getting that Dr's pay check. Would highly recommend.

This place is not what it use to be for the people I have a Real life heart problem but have to get a follow up just a follow up with my my Doctor Kyle Kelly at literally this time heart rate shoots over 200 bpm for 6 days know and they won’t even see me so I can be cleared to see a cardiologist and it’s not my doctor it’s the front desk whatever they are
