We needed a walk in clinic while vacationing. The entire staff was super friendly. Amy took the time to ask questions to get to the route of the issues. We were able to schedule the appt, do all of the paperwork remotely and get a call when it was our turn making it convenient and easy. 100% would recommend!

I recently visited American Family Care for a service I had previously received just three days ago. When I called the day before, I was informed that I could simply walk in, as no appointment was necessary for the service. Based on this information, I opted for a walk-in visit.
However, I was surprised to find that, despite receiving the same service only three days earlier and having been seen promptly within 20 to 25 minutes at that time, I had to wait over two hours this visit. This did not include the additional wait to be seen by the doctor or nurse practitioner to complete the service.
Given this experience, I would have preferred to schedule an actual appointment to ensure timely service. The extended wait time greatly impacted the efficiency of the visit, and I would not recommend American Family Care for this type of service due to the prolonged wait times.

I am very happy with our experience! The front desk was very helpful and informative. The wait was way shorter than expected . I had 5 people ahead of me and we waited less than an hour to be seen. The nurses were very attentive and really focused on breaking my son’s fever . We saw Samantha and she was awesome . I highly recommend this place .

I’m thoroughly impressed!!! The girls at the front desk were fantastic, then the nurse who took my vitals was fantastic and then Dr. Blue was seriously AMAZING!!! Her bedside manner was impeccable! I instantly felt comfortable with her and just loved how smart she is!! I will be back again! It’s hard to find a doctor who genuinely cares and she does!! The whole experience was great! The wait was a little long, but nothing I didn’t expect. GREAT experience at this office for sure, I highly recommend this urgent care!!!

While on vacation in Florida, my husband needed emergency care. After consulting with our home GP, we were able to find AFC close by and made an appointment the next day. We were in and out less than an hour with a diagnosis and medication. Highly recommend to all...locals and snow birds. 🙂

The best clinic I've ever been too. The whole experience from checking in on their app to the time I left which was no more than 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I felt like they truly cared about my wellbeing. So for all of those reasons I give them a 10 +++
