This place is great! I've never been seen so fast at an urgent care. The entire staff was pleasant, answered my questions, and accommodated me. I sliced my finger open that morning and it was stitched up quick. I've never had stitches and the alcohol burneddddd. Instinctively, I pulled away and got super nervous when I saw the needle of lidocaine. Dr. Muhammad was gracious and talked me thru the procedure, letting me decide if I wanted to continue. He is personable, friendly, and gentle. I love a good communicator. I'll be back in 2 weeks for these stitches to come out. 🙂

I needed to go to urgent care today and Farah Alli took exceptional care of me. She was so kind and compassionate. Farah took the time to listen to my concerns and she taught me more than my urologist has ever told me. Farah is professional, thorough and brilliant. I had the Best experience here! The wait was not long, even though people were coming in often, every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, clean facility, and the doctor was great! He was great at listening to my issue and was able to detect what it was and prescribed the correct medication for me. The next day I got a follow up call to see how I was doing. I really appreciate the customer service and well managed care!

I've only been to this urgent care twice but compared to others it's absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and the sweetest staff. Never a long wait. Always very clean. My medication had run out and they were able to get me enough until I was able to get back in with my doctor.

Experienced extremely uncomfortable pain with an enlarged prostate. The doctor there saw me with 3 min. Maybe less. Listened and addressed with 10min. Sent me home with some medicine and prescriptions for next morning. Since I saw him at 730pm Saturday night, which their open late, which is not like your usual urgent care. Majority close at 6 or 7. So called my primary on Monday, and my urologist. Could not get into be seen nor did either one call me back. So I reached out to this urgent care Monday night with some concerns regarding a check up. Lady that answered the phone listened to me and took my message for my request to speak to the doctor that helped me. Called me back within 45 min. Talk about outstanding customer service and caring for their patients. My primary and urologist which i been with for yrs did not help me at all. Met this doctor once and would make him my primary if he was into that business. His reassurance after speaking with him will help me rest easy. Thank Dr Muhammad!!!! Sorry if i spelled wrong. Outstanding job!! What an awesome and great urgent care to be a part of. Would drive an hr and pass by 20 urgent care facilities to get to this one. Definitely the urgent care to go when needing help. Won't go to any other.

I chose this place when visiting family nearby because it had great reviews. Let me start with the positives- it was a quick experience and the NP/front desk was kind. If you want in and out with them asking you little to no questions, then go here but if you want a doctor that makes you feel seen and heard then this is not the place. Our daughter had a fever and most likely strep throat again. When I asked what her temp was the girl said she couldn’t tell me. Then she got the NP. NP was nice but got the Dr. MUHAMMAD for his opinion on our daughter (which I appreciated). When I asked questions about testing her for strep or flu he was very dismissive. Then I asked about the antibiotics and mentioned her allergy to dyes and again he was very dismissive and seemed bothered I even mentioned anything and told us to go ahead and check out and rushed us out of there. I don’t normally write reviews but if you do an excellent job I will or if you treat me like this then I also will write a review. I wish I could give 5 stars.

American urgent care is wonderful!! I flew down from NH with a terrible sinus infection. I made an appointment online and was seen quickly. The staff was very kind and truly cared. The NP prescribed antibiotics and my prescription was ready at the pharmacy in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone!!
