I have lived here for 2 years now and it has been a blessing for me and my family. So accessible to everything around the area.

The addition of our new maintenance team, led by Jon Greene has restored my faith that the property cares about its tenants and the issues that arise.

I believe that Brian has turned this property from being ones with questions, to one with answers. All the right people are being put in place to make this a beautiful place to live.

Jaime is always there with a smile when I come in and answers all my questions.

I LOVE IT HERE! The Apartments & the plentiful amenities are wonderful! But what really makes this place so great to live in is the incredible management team. Jamie was my tour guide and I could not have asked for a better one! She was patient, kind, & informative as I went back & forth between Apartments. Thanks to Jamie, who guided me through the process every step of the way, I was able to move in within 3 weeks. She ALWAYS made the time when I needed her help. She has my eternal gratitude as I am so happy living here. Brian, who is the manager, believes in making this place a community. (He started shortly after I moved in). He has been instrumental in bringing events to promote everyone together. Brian makes himself available to the residents & is very personable & fun. But if you have a problem, he works hard to resolve it. James is also new to the management team. From the day he started, he has really stepped up to the plate. He is the guy sitting out front & is the one who handles EVERYTHING that comes through the door. Every time I have needed something, he took care of my issue IMMEDIATELY! He is helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. & caring. James has gone above & beyond to help me out on more than one occasion, which has been invaluable to me as I am Handicapped. I am truly appreciative of the extra effort he has so kindly shown me. These 3 individuals together set the tone for the environment of this community. They ALL contribute to making this a great place to live.

As a new addition to my review.... They have a new head if maintenance-John Green. He is an excellent addition! I need many handicap revisions and he has graciously given the time to help me review my apartment & make the best choices for the equipment I needed to order. He is very knowledgeable as to what is best. He was also very efficient on needed repairs and is a very friendly individual. I am completely comfortable with him in my apt. Welcome John! Great to have you aboard!

Love it here! The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Jon, the head of maintenance, has been a breath of fresh air! He does a great job and is very efficient and competent. I highly recommend this complex to those looking for the next home.

Under new management! Brian the new Property Manager has done a wonderful job connecting with and providing courteous service to tenants here and our families. He listens to concerns and takes immediate action to rectify any issues. I can't say enough! This is a beautiful place to live, it's clean, quiet, lots of amenities and a talented, very personable Property Manager overseeing it.

This is my 2nd year here and this new management has been great. Brian is straight forward and very direct. I never had to ask him the same question twice. I had an issue with another staff member and it was addressed and corrected swiftly. I was surprised how genuine she was and impressed with how it was handled. Anyone can make a mistake or mishandle a situation bc we're all human, however, when you make amends that's all you can hope for.

I mentioned this situation to stress the point that no living situation is 100 percent perfect, especially in this financial climate. So at least be where you're welcomed and not tolerated.

This is a great community and an awesome place to live.

I would like to say I have lived in two different apartments here and so I have a very uncommon and in depth insight to living here at Sanatoga Greene. To start, there is good parking and the building hallways are climate controlled well. That’s probably the biggest plus to living here? Now to start with the negatives. My washer has been on stopping in the middle of the wash saying it’s uneven. I was washing two pairs of scrubs. It also did so no matter the size of the laundry following. Contacted maintenance. They ran a load without laundry and it “magically” didn’t say uneven (there was nothing to make it uneven) so they said “there’s nothing to fix I recommend smaller loads.” I placed three pairs of shorts. Two hand towels and two shirts in the washer. I’d argue that’s bottom line of a modest load of laundry? Same error. Contacted maintenance again. No response. Contacted leasing office. No one picked up on three tires. Left a voicemail. No response. Do you want peace and quiet throughout the day? Don’t live here. The Sunday following July 4th people were lighting off fireworks with combustions high enough to set off car alarms. Multiple times. There was a week where the electronic doors did not work to get into the front building (which is the handicap access). Also living on the 4th floor the apartment shifted enough that the doors will not close without slamming them. Hot water in the winter lasts about 20 minutes. In the summer you cannot get below steaming hot water. The inconsistencies between apartments is astounding. My first apartment didn’t have screens for any windows I thought maybe that was how they were built, come to find out every other apartment window has screens. Moving into this apartment it was very unclean. Multiple sticky surfaces. Stains. Window blinds broken. This place is actually a joke for the price. Maintenance and the office will never get back to you once you’re a resident. They leave bell at the front desk to ring because no one will sit at the front desk. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Oh also they keep charging me for renter’s insurance even though I pay for insurance and I keep bringing it to their attention. Again, this place is a joke.

We toured this beautiful property in October to move our mother down from New York. Joseph gave us the tour and we were very impressed! We moved her in in November into building 3000. We were very impressed as to how well the units were made and how quiet her unit was (3rd floor). Unfortunately, she was taken by ambulance to the hospital and passed away mid-December. Jamie, Joseph, and the property were so gracious to us with the timing of us clearing out the apartment (especially with it also being Christmas!)
She loved her apartment, and we wish she was able to enjoy it longer. We highly recommend Sanatoga Greene to anyone considering an apartment rental.

I have lived at Sanatoga Greene since April 2023 and in the beginning it was nice but has went downhill ever since. First of all, with the recent reviews I saw, I would highly recommend that research is done and you Google Willow Bridge Property Management being sued by the Department of Justice and review that information as although it's not in Pa (yet), I'm sure it definitely has an impact. Also, research the number of tenants who have went to local court with Sanatoga as this will start to paint a picture or a story of how it is living here. Yes, it is definitely true that rents are high and the late fee is ridiculous and that is charged any time after 11:59 pm on the 5th of the month. Also, it cost money to move but people come and go here quite quickly.

In regards to maintenance and management, there is no response. Both have changed many times over the past two years. There used to be flowers in the beds however, now there is only flowers around the club house for "show". They have valet trash which you pay for and they don't show up half the time for whatever reason or because they can't get to the dumpster or trash cage, because trash and furniture is all over the place and hardly ever picked up. The few shrubs that are present are not maintained. There has been an ongoing issue with pet waste and they do have pet waste containers, however most times they do not have them stocked with pet bags. They used to replace filters in the fridge and now they turn the switch off so people don't know until the electric goes out or something and then a signal lights up on the fridge and they realize they don't have a filter. The lawn gets mowed randomly and sometimes its like walking through a field as the grass can get quite high.

Then you receive random emails before the office closes so no one can contact them regarding their notice which is usually a complaint about something...most recently I believe it was the pet bath area and pet waste etc and they have cameras and would violate someone's lease if they were doing that.

Management nor maintenance does not respond. They note a 24-hr maintenance response time as that does not happen. Last month, it took two requests through the portal, several emails and phone calls to the office before I got a response and by that time it was a month later and they actually closed the first ticket without doing any work.

If you have an issue, Management does not return phone calls, or messages/emails, you need to go over to the office or make several to get a response and then most times their answer is I don't know or we don't control that and then you do further investigation only to found out it was a lie. Recently, I had an issue with the payment platform and went to management and they said they didn't handle the platform. Reached out to the vendor and they said they most definitely do. Called back to the office and then they responded with criteria and why it happened and they would be happy to review. So I definitely called only to get a pause during the review because it wasn't in the one year timeframe. Another inconsistency! Next response was once again, it wasn't up to them and I would need to reach out to the Regional Manager and of course no response.

Management is poor and response is lacking. Property is not maintained. The other week, the bath towel rack fell right out of the wall. Took two requests via the portal and an email that was not responded to but finally they came to fix it. Well they hung the rack and placed spackle over the two holes and left it. I'm not sure what looked worse the two holes in the wall or the spackle with a huge bump in the middle where the hole was. However, I once again sent an email with photos and asking if Maintenance was going to fix it. That was last week and still no response, nor a response from the Regional Manager regarding the other issue.

I wouldn't recommend!!
