Dr. Singh, his medical assistant and the entire staff are always great. While they have long lead times for scheduling annual appointments I have found they have a willingness to find an opening when the timing requires a quicker visit. The office is convenient to City of Decatur (just down the street from Emory DeKalb Hospital) and parking is free and easy. Highly recommend the practice.

Atlanta Center for Medicine is a small group of doctors, including my mother’s doctor. They offer after hours on call, a patient portal and telemedicine options. Front desk is courteous and helpful. They have an on-site X-ray machine and tech.

Dr Anander is absolutely fabulous for my mother. He identified a solution to STOP her crazy itching due to atopic dermatitis that a dermatologist could not fix! He talks fast as he walks through patient history and current options for treatments but he listens well and takes good notes for reference in future visits.

I should also say his assistant Vanessa is fantastic! You can leave a voicemail for assistance, prescription refills, questions, advice, etc. They are busy but she tries to get back to you soon.

Some limited office hours (closed Friday afternoons) and sometimes no short term availability for sick visits but they try to work you in.

My visit each time these past few years has been exceptional. If I could give Dr. Mizell over 5 stars, I would! He is just simply awesome! Compassionate, empathetic, and most importantly an attentive listener! The staff at his office are just as awesome! I truly appreciate Dr. Mizell and his Team’s outstanding service and care!

Dr. Sing has multiple times come in the room just to say 🤷🏾‍♀️ and send me on my way. This very last time was actually an emergency and he did the same thing. I should have switched doctors sooner but I really try to give people a chance… His presence however is very nonchalant, unconcerned, and overall weird, he doesn’t like to make eye contact, which confused me for a doctor. I’m young but I have a heart condition and recently, thankfully, only had an inflamed lung due to having the flu I later found out, no thanks to Sing. Prior to seeing him, I was scared but Dr. Sing was ready to send me on my way with absolutely nothing, not a referral, not even a prescription for ibuprofen. I had to leave without anything. I had to call a heart specialist on my own in my car which required a referral from my primary care. I ended up driving back to Dr. Sings office to get the referral after he literally rushed me out of the room. He even told me “I need to use this room” after I grabbed my phone to find the heart specialists number. Mind you, I was only with Dr. Sing for like 5 mins literally. He didn’t even check my chest or anything so I left the office like that. At that time I wasn’t upset or anything, but by the time I had to drive back for the referral I was heated. I spoke to the medical biller and nurse explaining the mistreatment from the doctor while internally panicking at the same time due to the chest pain. They apologized and helped me out yet the nurse intentionally tried to place blame on me for leaving Emory Decatur hospital the prior day because of the over 7 hour wait. Not knowing that I had to get back home to 3 children waiting for me. I had to sleep another night not knowing why my chest was hurting but at least my kids were ok. So I went to Dr Sing thinking I could get what I needed faster than the too crowded hospital which is another sad story. However, a few hours after seeing Sing I received the best care with a heart specialist elsewhere. I got an MRI and was prescribed an antibiotic for my lung which made the pain go away after 6 additional days. This doctor even prescribed a pain medicine which helped me get back to work and my kids quicker. I even have a follow up appointment for a stress test for my heart. He answered my questions and assured me he didn’t see a blood clot or any additional heart issues which was my fear I kept within throughout the whole process. I say all this to say, some doctors like Sing don’t see people like me as important enough to save. There are doctors sent from God and some that are just there for a paycheck. I now understand why Sing no longer works in the ER and I pray no one has lost their life due to his neglect. From my perspective this office could have better doctors and ultimately I am never going back. Nowhere in the vicinity of Emory Decatur hospital. 5 years ago I would’ve recommended this area for care but now in 2025 something has changed in a bad way.

Good luck reaching anyone if you have a health problem or a question regarding your test results. No one will be there to help. They don't check their voicemail, and you will be waiting for days to no avail. If you are lucky and someone calls back, expect a significant amount of attitude. She heard what I had to say and, before I finished, hung up on me, saying, "I'll have to talk to the doctor." She didn't wait for me to speak or ask if there was anything else I needed to discuss; I had medication questions, too. Poor practice.

Front office is tasteful and the staff friendly. The pre-Checkin procedure has been improved and is not as tedious as at first. Dr Daughterty and assistant Tarsha are friendly, responsive to my needs, knowledgeable and skillful in their care. I’m satisfied and recently recommended them to a friend.

Alecia and Dr. Singh are amazing! They listen carefully and are incredibly knowledgeable! They are why I continue to drive 30 miles, one way, for my medical care!!
