Muy buena atencion. Pero la sale de espera no es la adecuada para los niños almenos los resien nacidos, se siente mal olor a tabaco al nomas entrar.
Lo de pediatra tendria que estar separada por el bien estar de los niños

I love Atrium Health Primary Care Mint Hill. I love this location. I like the fact that when I arrive the staff speaks to me, they are so polite, I was in office yesterday and a man was late for his appointment and he told the lady he was not leaving he wanted to talk with the Provider, she let him know the provider was with a patient, so she got the supervisor because the man was very adamant about talking with the Provider right now. The Supervisor went and spoke with the Provider and the Provider acknowledged he could not see him to please rescheduled. Any who, I felt that things were handled in a very Professional manner by all staff involved. The man rescheduled his appointment, and the day moved on. I am sure this could have went left field if things were not handled the way they were. And my appointment was absolutely super. A particular Provider and her Nurse are exceptional, my visit with Dr. Chen and her Nurse is a Blessing to me, every visit is personal with us we discuss myself and then the good stuff, such as each others family we even share pics quickly of course because there are other patients, but all of this is done in between getting my temp and other vitals that are being completed. No worries she stays focus, I am sure all other providers there are awesome. But I have not seen them. The environment there is exceptional. Kudos Mint Hill!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Harvey for about 10 years. Now I live 45 minutes away but I stay with him because the office staff are wonderful and always able to get my appointments suitable and adjust for my schedule easily. Dr Harvey gives fair and focused care. Nurse Lynn is always wonderful and other members of the team are very pleasant to work with.
