This place is a joke. Don’t even bother going there especially if you don’t have insurance. I was seeing Dr Pham who I thought was nice, but realizing all she cares about is money and not helping anyone. I paid $160 for my appointment up front. A month later I get a bill in the mail for $190 more. After trying to figure out WHY that was, I get an emails explaining it was because I spoke to the doctor about things like “depression” outside of my regular appointment. Doctor was in the room for no more than 5 minutes. They refuse to remove the bill. They don’t care about your needs and they will charge you more than what you should pay.

I highly DON'T recommend this office , The worst customer service you can receive from the front desk lady I had a appointment after one month waiting i left my job I called 30 min before to let the lady know I will be late 5 Minute only 5 Minute she said oh no you can't came you need to reschedule your appointment . I can't believe that , i was a regular patient not New but now i need to change my Dr toni Adams-Pecoraro (she's really good) , because of the Lady in front desk she's the the rudes person.

On October 2, 2024, I had a medical appointment at BayCare in Auburndale, Florida. Upon arrival, I was attended to by Ms. Melissa Jackson. The first issue I encountered with Ms. Jackson that day was regarding my service dog. My dog was properly identified with its harness, yet she insisted that the dog could not be there. I presented the ID showing it was a service animal, but she ignored me. After her outburst subsided, she took the dog’s identification and allowed me to keep it with me. However, when it was my turn to see the doctor, the nurse named Jannette repeated the same issue and questioned me about my condition that required a service dog, which is illegal. Both individuals were duly reported to the US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.

The second issue with Ms. Jackson that same day involved my medical records, which I had brought on a flash drive because they are extensive, as I have several medical conditions. I explained repeatedly that I put them on a flash drive because the files were too large to send by email. Ms. Jackson flatly refused to extract the medical records from the flash drive and insisted that I email them, despite I telling her that the file size would not allow it.

When I tried to email them, as expected, the emails bounced back due to the file size, even after splitting the medical records into several emails. For this reason, I had to create a OneDrive link and send her the links so she could download the files from there.

On Friday, October 4, I called Ms. Jackson to confirm if she had received the email, as I had requested in the email for her to let me know if she could access the medical records, which are necessary for the doctor to complete my FMLA and my spouse’s. Ms. Jackson informed me that she does not respond to emails, and although she had received some emails, she would not open the OneDrive links containing all the medical records. She also stated that she was about to leave because it was 3:22 p.m., her end of shift. She added that she would deliver what had arrived via email but would not access the OneDrive for the rest of the records.

To this day, I have not received my completed FMLA paperwork or the letter I need for my job. The behavior of this woman is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and reflects incompetence, mediocrity, negligence, and an aversion to work. If this woman does not wish to work, I can assure you that many young, recent college graduates would be eager to take her place. If this woman is a nurse, she should be sanctioned for her behavior and mediocre job performance.

Made an appointment on 4/22 for 04/23. Went to the office. They copied my id and insurance card and took my copay. I sat in the lobby for 5 minutes then they tell me that the doctor is not in today and they tried to call me. The call center was blamed. The call center can only make appointments that are shown available. They didn’t just make up the appointment. I didn’t receive a call as they claimed. As a place of business they would have at least left a voicemail for me not to come today. If they would have tried calling they would have known the moment I gave my name that the doctor wasn’t in. Not check me in first then claim to have called. I took off 10 hours of work today to see the doctor as my job is not in the city in which I live. I saw no one and have to wait another 2 weeks to see a doctor. I most definitely didn’t make the appt with that office again.

The staff is very nice and attentive. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences in the past with my old primary care doctors, but Dr. Toni Adams is AMAZING. She allowed me to express all of my concerns to her in detail without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. I will continue to make the 30 minute drive just to see her!!

My first visit with this office was great. Checked, appointment was on time, doctor was very nice and courteous plus thorough. Was very kind to my three old who accompanied me. Staff at front desk were very nice. All my medicine that I needed was put in right away. No delays. Thank you!

All three doctors are amazing! They have been super informative and rather than focus on just the symptoms, they take a holistic approach to finding and treating the root of the problem. Staff is super friendly and welcoming!

I can’t say enough about this office. I have been a patient for about 7 years now and I love the physicians and staff. I see Dr. H and Dr. Adams and they are so attentive to your needs and questions. Anytime I need assistance with something, the office is very prompt in responding. Ms. Theresa, Lori, and the rest of the staff are amazing! Best office I have ever been to in my 45 years. Thankyou so so much for all you do!
