I have recently joined the team at Autumn Care of Marshville and from day one I have been warmly greeted by all staff. Management has been awesome with making me feel welcomed and providing great feedback and answering all of my questions as I learn to navigate the facility and systems so that I may provide the upmost care to our residents. It is an honor to work with such an incredible team. Our therapy department has a great community reputation with some awesome success stories provided to us by our residents and or their families upon completion of rehab. I look forward to each day as it brings a new learning experience and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

Extremely clean and uplifting facility! Residents were out and about in the hallways smiling and interacting with the staff and other residents. Everyone seemed happy and well taken care of. Crystal Harris (social worker) and therapy team are also extremely kind and caring!

This facility exceeded my expectations. Recently visited the facility, as soon as I walked through I was Greet with warmth. The environment was really nice and clean; didn’t have a strong odor. The staff is very kind and work really hard to accommodate not only the residents but visitors as well

If you don't care about your family members this is definitely the place you want to send them! From the 1st call from the rude receptionist who answers the phone, you can't hear her clearly and she was very unprofessional and unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable! The social worker , Crystal, good luck getting in touch with her, that shows the quality of care for the patients she is supposed to support her door is always locked and she is impossible to get in touch with! So I decided to visit this place is was not surprised with the smell, dirty, residents wondering the halls and the food, it was not a warm place as they make it seem to be! Please be careful here, very sad what I saw and observed and communication is the lack of empathy!

On Saturday, September 21, 2024,@8AM, I called Autumn Care of Marshville to ask if the staff that was taking care of my Mother could get her ready by 9:30 that morning, so I cold take her to a family reunion. When Maegan Rummage answered the phone, I immediately told her who I was,who my Mama was and her room number, and then apologized to her for imposing on them, and asking for the Staff to break out of their normal round of routines, and get Mama ready to go to the out of town reunion. Maegan was extremely polite and helpful over the phone, and said she would see what they could do. When I arrived at 9:15, expecting to help finish getting Mama ready, Brinnana McCocllim, Sahleah Crawford and Dee Christian, had already gotten Mom ready. This Staff made it happen, with time to spare. I want to praise them for loving my Mama, and helping to make this a special day for her. Mama is 91 years old now, and who knows how many more reunions she will be able to go to. My appreciation forever to this fine staff. (If I spelled any names incorrectly, please forgive me).. It wasn’t easy to place both of my parents in a skilled nursing facility. I wanted my parents to be cared for by people that truly care about their patients. I know without a doubt that we placed them in a living and caring facility. Autumn care of Marshall took such great care of my dad, from the office staff, doctors, NURSES, CNA’s, housekeepers and dietitians, I want you all to know I will forever be grateful for y’all. And thank you for taking great care of his family through the hardest day of our lives. I know you will continue to take care of my mom the same way you did for my dad. So grateful for Autumn Care of Marshville.
