This Hospital needs more nurse's that are compassionate and love to care for people. This Hospital is not worth going to. Don't go only if you have to go but my experience was not great at all. Waiting on a nurse for 25 minutes is ridiculous while they are just in there seats laughing away and on their cellphones🙄 you think that's correct and professional. And Waiting for that long just to get help and when they come into your room they have attitude with you like your a bother to them. No wonder they have a low rating. That's sad to see. If you're in that professional field act like you care act professional act like you love your dam job as a nurse not just for your paycheck. Some people 🙄 nowadays is hard to get real good workers anywhere.

The emergency wing are a group of undertrained goofs. Was there for blood transfusion 2 units. The man who put the iv in almost blew the vein out. Arm started to swell his said this happens to him frequently. On to the transfusion room. The nurse came with the 1st unit. She was short. When trying to hang the bag she was on her tip toes and put a hole in the bag. 45 minutes to clean up. 2nd bag she lowered the stand and got it right. Had to stay over night for observation was brought to a room hours later. They would not use the 1st iv in comes a young man with a ultrasound took him 45 plus minutes digging around. I have taken pics of all the bruises from both iv locations. I filled out the how did we do request. Never heard back from them. No surprised this is the 3rd time I have been in the er. Not professional and bad experience always. The main hospital is excellent but the er is terrible.

Bedside manner goes a long way when it comes to a Dr., nurse or anyone that chooses this profession. It should be where you want to help people get better no matter what the case is. I have been to this ER twice and I am not impressed. They do not listen to what is going on and never in my life have I been to a emergency room and asked for payment or an arrangement while being seen with a nurse, or given Medicine without them telling you what it is or the dosage. The Dr was extremely rude!! If you value your life, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There should be a rating where you could give negative stars, they were not worth the one star!! I had to give one just to put a statement on here. I would drive to another hospital!!!! Seriously disappointed!!!! I would give them a negative 5 star rating if I could!!!!!!! Worst hospital I have ever been to!!!

The receptionist was nice. In and out quickly. App with MRI update is nice. Can someone please tell me why no one cleaned my 4 year old daughter’s bruised and bloody finger? We had to clean it ourselves when we got home. One of the nurses was also rude. Unfortunately Google doesn’t let you rate zero stars yet, so one will have to do.

My dad was recently in this hospital for a week with a heart attack incident there was a little miscommunication between the nurses sometimes but the nurses were so nice and really cared for my dad especially this traveling nurse that was there a couple days he was the sweetest. My dad got moved to banner heart in mesa and has since passed I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you so much!!

We knew doctors tried to push medication to induce labor, but having our doctors aggressively push it while rolling his eyes as he was consulting my partner was pathetic!!! Grab a coffee man! Wake up and act professional! With the way they push Pitocin you'd think they're getting a commissions cut 🤣 "My approach is one of compassion, giving patients a focus on them as a person and not the medical condition they may have.” - quote by the doctor that gave me and my partner zero compassion and zero focus on herself as a Human being.
