Dr. Lester is my physician and I have no idea what I’ll do when I have to move away this summer. I have never found a more compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. The key thing is that she trusts/believes what you say about your own health, which many doctors do not do. I have one chronic illness and a psychiatric condition and she manages both with such ease and care. I feel so secure in the knowledge that I can simply make a video visit appointment through their MyChart app and be instantly connected to top-notch medical care with rarely much of a wait. Talking to Dr. Lester really feels more like a conversation with someone that cares about you than a cold medical appointment.

December 2018 had lab done and the lab tech was the RUDEST person I've encountered in tbe Dr office!!!!!!!!! Plus! I've NEVER had a nurse ARGUE with me other than Misty. RUDE is being NICE of these two!!!!!
I HAD to go on Medicaid because Dr took me off work and after i used up 3 months of sick time i lost my Insurance. NEVER been treated so POORLY by SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONALS, in my Life!!!!!!! IF YOU ONLY HAVE MEDICAID LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!
I'm going to check into Reporting those that are RUDE to those on Medicaid. It's what I've dealt with (Besides UAMS) since having to have it because I'm restricted from working!

I called the doctor's office starting at 8:00am. I called for 15 minutes then gave up and drove to the office to make an appointment. I am sick. They do not answer there phone at 8:00am as the recording keeps repeating.

Took my 8 year old to ER to be seen, worst experience at a medical facility I've ever witnessed, not to mention the dirty attitudes given by the staff. There needs to be MAJOR changes made.
