The most unprofessional setting I’ve witnessed in a court of law!! Had a terrible experience at the courthouse. They don’t care about the people in court who have injures or work and they don’t care about your time. They will take all day if they have to while they sit back and hang out and giggle while real life people are being prosecuted. They are just looking for a fat check and they don’t care!

Was not permitted in because I did not have a mask with me on June 7, 2021. Being immune wearing a mask is silly, Fauci has admitted in his emails that masks are not useful and the CDC has plently of studies that indicate immunity is a better protector against covid than masks. Apparently this Judge, Chief Judge Joseph H. Booth doesn't care that the 7 day moving average is like 300-400 people in the entire state of Georgia and thinks we are still living in the post apocalyptic March 2020. Mr. Booth you need to release your grip and revoke your tyrannical order.

I suggest you stop following the orders you Sign Joseph Booth, Chief Judge on the 23rd of July in 2020 and start living in the year 2021 where anyone that wants a vaccine can get one and the case rate has dropped significantly. Say goodbye to my vote for what it is worth hopefully the next Judge will live in reality and not strictly follow out of date order that are not in keeping with CDC Guidelines. Which indicate fully immunized people do not have to wear masks.

If you’re closed for extra days you should consider changing your recording. And maybe the website that states you were open yesterday. Maybe even post a sign on the door beforehand to give people a heads up. Are you open today? I have no idea. I guess I’ll drive there and risk wasting my time again. Since when is the day after Christmas a state or federal holiday

If I could give 0 I would. I was traumatized at this place as a kid because of a corrupt judge who is now retired. (I almost died because of him) Being at that place is hard for me so I try to avoid it at all costs but had to serve jury duty. I had a doctors excuse to be dismissed however. Not only did I email them a copy of the excuse i called them several times and got a voicemail each time. They called me back once but I was working and called them back 30 minutes later when i also got a voicemail again. I went the first day and told them what happened and they were nothing but rude especially the clerk. I even apologized because to be honest I am still very young and have no prior experience with jury duty. The fact they treat people like this not knowing what they’ve been through is disgusting and I don’t think people like that need to represent Barrow County in any way. I’m embarrassed of the barrow county court system.

The give you the run around and are not good at what they claim they do. Why are you so disorganized Barrow county? Why does noone ever have the information that I need? Is this the way you treat everyone? Wyd would anyone ever want to live there? You treat your own citizens like trash, so that means that is what you must thrive 9n.

Sat in court all day fighting tears from pain, I suffer from chronic nerve pain. The more I asked to be seen the longer I had to wait. They don’t care about people at all.

I needed to transfer and renew a licenss from another county and it was seemless. I called ahead and arrived at my appointment in Probate Court with everything I needed. In and out in 12 minutes.
