I am so grateful and blessed to meet all the coolest wonderful crew there. They are so supportive and caring. With the team, my pregnancy's journey was easier, especially Mrs Iris she always kept me posted with all activities, even reminding me about my appointments.

Came in for a scheduled appointment. Waited an hour and a half and people that had appointments for the same thing, vaccinations, that came in after us with later appointments were seen before my children. After waiting all of that time, I was told that my daughter could not get her vaccine because something was left out of the fridge on Friday that they needed. It was Monday afternoon 4pm. I had called earlier in the day to ensure that they had the vaccine and that we could come in for our appointment and they confirmed that they had what they needed and we could come in. My son was allowed to receive his vaccine. One nurse documented while the other nurse drew up the vaccine. Any nurse knows that this is not a two person job. In fact, another nurse should never document something that they did not administer. This facility is not understaffed. It is mismanaged and possibly employees some incompetent or uncaring staff!

The facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly. I don't know how the ratings are so low. This is a 5 star facility, we were treated with kindness and respect as well as everyone else who was in the lobby with us this morning.

I was a little nervous at first about scheduling an appointment with the health department. However, the staff was awesome! The lady who helped me at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The nurses were also friendly; specifically, Jesse was so kind and helpful. The visit went above and beyond my expectations!

Very unhelpful staff, went in to pick up some forms and was told I could not get them. When I asked what I needed to do to pick them up I was told a release form needed to be signed. When I asked for an electronic or hard copy version of the form they told me they didn’t have either. 10 minutes later someone else came to pick up the form, they didn’t ask for any information they asked me for, not even identification, and gave it to them.

I've been coming to this health department since my son was born almost 15 yrs ago and a few staff members have been added and the older ones still keep a positive attitude. Well real recent I had to visit the health department and the lady who schedules appointments keeps a negative image and attitude. I guess apparently maybe my kind isn't wanted 'round here. Anywho the nurse and the back office staff have always been awesome. But maybe you all need to re-train your front office staff how to be kind and smile. The good thing is I don't come here for the staff but hopefully the schedule lady will become a better human in general.
