Few good cops here, I was pulled over and my car was impounded, they refused to tell me where my car was going, they refused to give me any information on where to find my car, I have over 15k worth of stuff in my car, they treated me as if I was a horrible person for haven a little bit of weed in my car, they refused to help in any way. I will be getting a lawyer and will be taken this to a higher priority, they arrested me and didn’t read me my rights, they made fun of me and said I was drunk because of my leg disability and can not walk right, these people are here to protect and serve and they care very very little about you. They treat you like garbage, they are super disrespectful, they judge anyone that comes into there facility, they laugh and make fun instead of taken action to serve them. Very very disrespectful police force

I no longer have the obligation to protect my SGT husband since he quit his job today. Lt Wilson & Officer Payne need FIRED for their arrest of false charges on me Nov 2022. You two are sorry for the horrific damage you two caused to my life including attempted suicide (and yes, I did my required hospital stay so you losers dont show back up at my house) from the trauma you guys chose for me sticking up for a brother/another law enforcement person! I finally get to speak without it coming back on my husband. I can't wait for my complaints to everyone bringing light to my story!!!

Its decent to be a jail, dont like the fact that they have cut back to only one visit a week per inmate. And them and the Bartow County Court system are all in together and railroad innocent people (and set the bond for false charges so high that it cannot be paid without losing everything you have just to come up with the $ to pay the bondsman and when you have everything they requested and said they would need to sign the bond they then decide they need more!!!) and let the real criminals go for absolutely nothing.

Called to work on a civil case. The ladies answering the 5050 number were not only rude but they were claiming I am not allowed to know what a case before was prior to picking it up. As someone who had their home destroyed by an unlicensed contractor and stole over $50,000 there is no reason I should be talked to the way I was. It was as if they hate getting certain questions and I hit their button. To conclude they have ignored all my calls since and will not call me back. What kind of service is this. There is no reason why people who are handling cases should claim I am not allowed to know what a public case is when it is public record. It is my right. Then to be silenced and not be able to voice my questions or concern when I had valid questions after already visiting the court house . This was inappropriate. Making a pool ice report since no one will answer me.

While traveling on the freeway I pulled to the side thinking I heard weird noise coming from my car. Opened my door and the force of the wind from 18-wheeler locked my door in place. I called my insurance after not being able to close it but zero help from Progressive. I called 511 and he come Deputy Russo to the rescue. He was absolutely awesome! He was able to close the door for me and my elderly mother and showed what the part was that I needed replaced.

COs Are unprofessional. i know was under arrest but that doesn’t mean you can treat me n others like animals. Crowded pods. This dude had a seizure and inmates reacted faster than the actual medical team. They asking us well what’s wrong? Well you’re the medical person you should know. Ignore the buzzer when inmates needed help. My cell mate was literally in pain waiting for help for hours but no avail. I tried to make phone calls soon as breakfast started but no the jail is too busy. Y’all not too busy it doesn’t take 5 guards to watch someone talk on the phone or clean an area. I was told to just lie back down. I was lied too and mistreated in the jail by low wage working cos abusing their power. Jail is just supposed too better shape a individual not drive them crazy

Waiting for over a month and a half for these jokers to serve an individual with a lawsuit. Still nothing. When we finally have gotten a hold of someone and ask when it will be served, we got this. "It will be served when its served." Trying now to get the paperwork back so we can have a service do it, but that's also proving to be impossible. What a joke!

The Bartow County Sheriff's Office runs the Bartow County Jail in a highly competent fashion, using Only the best-trained corrections officers available in the north Georgia area.
The inmates receive two decent meals a day in a remarkably clean environment.
Toilet and shower facilities are easily available after the inmate guest is removed from the initial holding cell to the general population areas.
Nice TVs are there for the guests' enjoyment, as well as reasonably comfortable blue mattresses for the guests' sleeping comfort.
And courteous and professional staff too!!
A Great little jail if you've just Gotta Get Away From It All!!
Highly Recommended...
