I was very impressed with the entire process from the quote appointment, the cost, the product and the installation.

Matt came out to quote the job and was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave me all the information I needed regarding the product, the installation and the cost was very reasonable.

My installer, George, was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond during the installation. The finished installation looked great and you could tell he takes pride in doing quality work.

He went through the extra effort of fixing issues he noticed during the install and all without any extra cost added to the project. He noticed the plumbing was a bit offset from the tub center so he realigned it and replaced the 23 year old valve cartridge as well.

He also added an extra trim piece to the tub and floor seam. It was a nice touch that I really appreciated and it ended up looking much nicer than just a caulk seal would have.

I’m extremely satisfied with Bathfitter and really happy to have had George do the install!

We have used Bath Fitters twice for both our bathroom remodels, the first being in 2007. I needed re-caulking around the tub on the first project. But was having water pressure issues in both baths, which required replacement of a cartridge where the water turns on and off (these are on the Moen fixtures that they use). Age and corrosion were the culprits and these fixtures are warrantied. Irvin took care of all the caulking repair and a short shelf was added in the second shower project, which Irvin did. Jake, the plumber, replaced both cartridges and cleaned out any corrosion in around their location. He also determined what might be causing some of my water pressure issues and he was very thorough! Both young men were very professional and showed great care in their work. I am very impressed with ALL of this companies employees, even the customer service representative, Regina, her set up the work order! All three deserve commendation for their work ethic and I commend this company for their standards and standing behind their work! I would highly recommend them for bathroom remodel projects! I am now receiving better water pressure in both baths and am a happy customer! Thank you!

George Washington did our repair today and he completed it quickly and without any issues. He has all the parts needed and also repaired one of our walls that was peeling off the wall. Now my daughter can continue to take her baths at night and I can relax!

GEORGE WASHINGTON – INSTALLER
George was tasked with the very intricate remodel of our fully tiled cave shower. He informed me at the start of the project that the process of his install would most likely take two days to complete. On day one, he was very diligent in the demolition of the tile in the bottom and ceiling of the shower, assuring that the new base and ceiling panels were installed with precision and care. He was equally as thorough on day two providing exactness in all aspects of the install, to include the perfect fit of the shower door. Overall, it was a pleasure having George complete our project with Bath Fitter.

IRVIN JACOBO – INSTALLER
Irvin was very friendly and informative while thoroughly explaining what needed to be done to reform my very outdated garden tub area. He was very precise in assuring that the wainscotting that I chose was meticulously matched in all areas. He showed me an alternative to the trim package that I had originally chosen, as he felt it would not look “finished” and he was “right on the money”. I had informed him that we had a remodel of one of our other bathrooms by Bath Fitter approximately 3 years ago and noted that some of the silicone on the front of the tub seemed to be pulling away from the tub slightly, Irvin said that he would re-silicone that area before he left that day (after completion of his current project). I found that to be not only a kind gesture, but showed his professionalism as well. Overall, it was a pleasure having Irvin complete our project with Bath Fitter.

COLTON PATTON – INSTALLER
Colton came in and got straight to work on my guest bathroom remodel. He was careful in bringing all of his supplies into my home and worked diligently and carefully to create a beautifully restored tub enclosure. He was extremely patient as I was making the decision of where to place my shelves, allowing me to take my time. He left the bathroom completely clean and assured that I was completely happy with the result.

JAKE VILLARREAL – PLUMBER
Jake came in and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner before going right to work. He performed all of the plumbing for my three-bathroom project in a concise and expert manner. Before he left to allow the Installers to start their work, he showed me each area to confirm that everything was to my liking. He explained his installation in simple terms to make sure I was content with the total install (placing of the faucets, spouts and shower head plumbing). I had informed him that we had a remodel of one of our other bathrooms by Bath Fitter approximately 3 years ago and he asked if he could take a look at the shower to make sure everything was in working order. He noticed that the original shower head was in need of replacement, kindly reminding us of the lifetime guarantee. He stated that he would contact the main office to make sure that the replacement would be ordered. However, on the very next day, he went “over and beyond” to personally deliver the shower head to assure that my 93 y/o Dad had a fully functional shower. There was a delay in the installation of the bathroom tub shower doors in my guest bathroom and Jake again, took it upon himself to bring an expandable shower rod for us to use in the meantime. I am pretty sure that he purchased this out of his own pocket. Jake is most certainly a GREAT asset to Bath Fitter and I highly recommend that if you want a professionally installed, reasonably priced remodel of your bathroom that you reach out to Bath Fitter!!

This team was fantastic!! They were organized, personable, professional, careful and very mindful of my household belongings to assure there was no mishaps! I highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone wanting a beautiful bathroom remodel!!

Calub Colton installed our new shower and Jake the plumber redid the plumbing. They made sure to cover our entire floor with protection from front door to back bathroom. They did a great job and explained everything we needed to know. They were friendly and respectful. The finished product was excellent. We would highly recommend bath fitter.

We did a tub to shower conversion yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. Caleb and Daniel made a great team and the plumber, Bruce, was a gem. They were efficient, considerate and conscientious.
