Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this provider to my neighbors and my community. No assistance, very rude, no follow through, no return calls and they blatantly misinform you at their front desk as does their main location in Amityville on Oak drive. Most disturbingly,
I found their ethical practices to be highly questionable.

This office is fantastic. I wish every office I had to visit had staff to create an experience like the one I had with This staff today. Knowledgeable on my insurance, referrals and deductibles, cost of care was explained. Everything was fantastic the atmosphere was great too. Staff enjoyed working with one another and patients !

This is a new medical facility that I have selected for treatment . Laura sabatino-Jan is my primary care person . I have full faith in her medical skills . The assistant had trouble drawing blood, I had to go to outside laboratory to have it done . Other than that , the practice is very clean and easy to find .

Dr. Sabatino and her staff are an excellent team. I always feel very well taken care of when I see them. They address my concerns with complete attention and always provide the best guidance necessary. Lovely office, lovely people. Always a pleasure!

Update as of Feb 8th 2023-: Gave me an appointment for 0900 am and the doors were locked when I arrived. The MA & NP arrived 30 mins later. They did my blood work and X-ray and asked me to do a telemedicine for results. I did not hear anything on the day of appointment, so I called the operator/ receptionist booked it for the next day . However, I received no calls .

I called again and booked again and got a call telling me they cannot discuss the result on phone and that Dr. Laura has asked me to visit. Not acceptable! No professionalism and no work ethics whatsoever!!!

Welcoming receptionist Winter , very nice and courteous. Nurse Mariel was very sweet ; friendly and courteous. Dr Laura I as extremely cheerful and polite. Loved the thorough vital checks and other tests .

Clean facility and clean restroom except for when patients do the samples in it. The appointment sent rushed at all. Walk-in friendly however I’d still recommend you book an appointment. ✍🏻

I moved and was looking for a primary and endocrinologist, and I found Dr Laura for all my needs. Also got a reference for four dermatologist on request. 💁🏻‍♀️
I’m very happy I found this place. 😇

I went to this doctor's office in February of 2020. They conducted an EKG on me and lost the results. Now, almost a year and half later, I've been billed by Empire City Labrotories, almost $900 for the bloodwork from my routine physical. (which I also never received results for) They did not use the lab required by insurance, and will not change this and are insisting I have to pay the bill despite their errors and throwing kick backs to this lab. TERRIBLE. Do NOT waste your time or money.

My son went in for a rapid Covid test....only place in NY that charges out of pocket. And to top it off would NOT give him an itemized receipt for his insurance! Scammers!!
