This man is an awful dentist! I supposedly needed a cavity redone because he said there was decay underneath. Turned into a root canal. Holy moly in such bad pain all three times he did this and tried to fix it. Then wanted to bill me over and over! Went to an endodontist that cause me 0 pain and fixed my tooth. He stated that this man had not removed enough of the root. The receptionist is another piece of work...

If i could give lower than one star I would. I needed a root canal and he hacked at my tooth for over 8 months. Kept going in an drilling more, then another antibiotic, drilling, more. So painful. Then finally he put a dang crown on it! I thought yay a tooth. But, I still keep having problems. So, I went to another dentist and she said the RC was not completed and there was another infection in the nerve that remained. I need a new RC over the old one. So, I had a bit of an over pay on the account at Blizzards office,.... $50.00. I've been calling the office for 3 weeks. So that she could refund me and I can get on with it. Ida, the office manager is awful at customer service. She will not return my calls or voicemails. This isn't anything new either. I've asked her if there is a problem with me and she says no. But, getting that woman on the phone is like pulling teeth,..... pun intended.
At this point I just want my $50.00. Aful experience.

Dr. Blizzard is a great dentist, the problem is his secretary Ida. She never snswers the phone during business hours, does not return messages and doesnt notify the doctor about anything. I had to complain to the Dr. Several times. .

He has cancelled my appointments after I took the time off from work. Then cancelled the rescheduled appointment. This has happened more than once. They don't call or apologize.

I was having horrid wisdom tooth pain and Dr. Blizzard was able to see me right away. His staff, specifically Ida, were amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Called 3 times over 2 weeks for an emergency appointment because of pain. Here for another appointment and the office is locked. Does not seem to want new patients. Go to someone who cares and will do their job.
