Love this office. After months of my grandson going to pediatric dr in anniston and not results or referrals to get his ears check. Took him to she katie and bam he was in to the the ent in 3 days then 2 days later he had tubes. The staff is amazing.

The absolute Best healthcare! The medical team listens & follows through with care that is appropriated every time I have sinus issues or ear issues. Quick response to medication & caring environment. I was referred by a dear friend about 2 years ago & this is my go to when ever I am sick. They are one of the few centers left that can relate to any issue and take patients that do not have health insurance & are fair with pricing. Thank you!! I highly recommend!!

Bowdon family medical miss diagnosed my mom. They tested her for a urinary tract infection because she has been feeling really really bad for a month and told her that she doesn't have one and she needs to see a kidney specialist we take her to the ER and sure enough she has one this entire month. I never really liked them anyway because when I talk to them about my mom I hit a wall or they pass the buck and have nothing to say. If you have a loved one sick or a senior who's sick don't use Bowdon family medical. They are useless.

I've been a patient and friend of Chris and his staff for 8 or 9 years. I moved back to Rome in 2015 to look after my mom, but I still drive to Bowdon for my healthcare. Great folks and a real sense of family.

I Will not be going back pour Communication. They do not discuss when or why they are moving the prescription doses up or down. They need to slow down an take care of business

ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL OFFICE! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF ! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED IN PATIENT SERVICES! NO SUPERVISOR, PATIENT ADVOCATE OR OFFICE MANAGER! GOOD LUCK GETTING PROPER MEDICAL CARE! ESPECIALLY FROM KATIE!! SHE DISCHARGES YOU FROM THEIR PRACTICE FOR ASKING FOR THEM TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE PHARMACIST! SHE APPROACHES EVERYTHING EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE AND BLAMES THE PATIENT FOR ASKING THE STAFF TO DO THEIR JOBS!! SHE NAME CALLS, AND LIES AS A POOR ATTEMPT TO COVER HER OWN A$$. THE BBB WILL BE HEARING FROM ME ABOUT THIS CLINIC!!
