This staff and dentist were amazing.
We are military and move ALOT so we’ve had many pediatric dentists. I can say with all of our experiences this has by far been the absolute best experience. The staff is friendly and organized (makes a HUGE difference), the office is kid friendly/fun, and the dentist was amazing. We saw Dr. Brantley (the dad) and he took a lot of time to talk to my young kids about how important it is to not only brush but make healthy choices and to avoid sticky candies/gummies. My 3 yo (at the time) has taken this to heart and would deny gummies that are often offered at school. She’s 5 now and still talks about her conversation with Dr. Brantley and making healthy choices like he said. It had a huge impact on my kids even though we only got to see him one time.
Since then, we’ve moved and have had other dentists. As a mom it’s really good to have these types of providers that invest in our children. Even the really young ones… because they are listening.
I can’t say thank you enough to this office and wish all our experiences were like this.

We have an amazing experience every time we go. My little guy busted his 2 front teeth last year on swings in a playground. Dr.Brantley stayed late after work to squeeze him in to fix his teeth. It was my son's birthday, and he was devastated to have broken teeth. Dr. Brantley went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

They canceled my five year olds appointment because the dental assistant is my sons gf whom we don’t talk! I had no idea she worked there since it’s been a long time since my adult kids was there! Sad that hailey waites is that kind of person to do that to her boys friends sibling who is special needs of something silly! Atleast I know now! My son could have had any assistant take him in a urgent matter! New generations have no respect for the next not all but you get a few exceptions! I was recommended by my sons developmental specialist

Awful receptionist should be retrained on her people skills. Had to reschedule my son's appointment because of the weather. I talked to Pat and she tells me that even though he is a new patient he can Never be seen there because they do reschedule folks. How silly is this? I'm not going to take my son out in terrible weather. Is this how they treat autistic families If so I would not want my son seen by such a business! How can a business hold you to some policies and procedures without telling you before making the appointment or before you even step foot in the door?

Amazing. My brother and I saw them growing up, now my son goes. To the woman who questioned how they treat autistic families. You need correcting. They have always been amazing with my brother and now my son. Don't bring autism in when you had issues with scheduling. The two do not go hand in hand.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
My nephew was seen by these folks for years under his mothers custody. His mother died recently from cancer and my nephew had a LAST cleaning visit before he leaves the area to go to college. Because of the death of his mother his insurance had changed to his father. The office neglects to tell the boy until AFTER the cleaning that their charges would largely NOT be covered and sends him a horrific bill (including X-Rays). Me being the caring uncle tried to call and negotiate a payment and they told me to "Go Pound Sand". "We want our money and we want it now". Don't go to these people as they have NO COMPASSION and are only in this business for the $$$$$$$. STAY AWAY; STAY AWAY; STAY AWAY
