siempre que lo visito malas experiencisas empesando por la recepcionista que es grosers.El perdonal de salud mental esta compuesto por una enfermera que te dicen es doctora y no tiene permiso para recetar medicamentos.No toman en serio las necesidades de lis pacientes de salud mental.Espero que cuando un paciente se suicidd pir du mal trstamiento sys familiares le lleven sus cenisas junto. on la prensa para qude el estado se digne a visitarlo,examinarlo y cerrarll por su mal trato a los pacientes.

Muy mal servicio el pasado 3 de enero me hice un examen en otro sitio donde ellos me remitieron pague $200 y ellos enviaron los resultados al sig día y nunca en la entidad no me dan respuesta de mis exámenes … 👎👎

I am still at this clinic. It’s long overdue to leave this medical provider but I am working on it. In the meantime, don’t bring SSA forms to be filled out. You will be accused of committing fraud. If you decide it, please audio record the conversation being your PCP and yourself and have your legal person get a copy. And also, report to the corporate office about it. This was the second “doctor” mentioned it to me in a year time at this clinic. I had to tell my lawyer what was said and how they tried to discourage me from continuing my ssa claim for disability. Other than that, staff have improved and noticed a lot of new faces. The office manager should’ve been the one gone though. When there is a change regarding lab testing, I didn’t get the memo. Now you have to get an appointment so no more walk-ins. I am glad that they took me in anyway or else I would’ve been pissed since I had to fast before I got there. Btw, you must come in to get matters settled because they don’t call back. Leaving messages and doing whatever else besides coming in won’t get the job done. Anyone looking to get a copy of medical records, just download from the MyChart app. It’s a hassle submitting medical record requests over a year period of time and it was never done at all.

Update:I do not recommend this clinic.It hasn't improve at all. I am finally changing this provider to another. Don't think that if it caters to POC then it must be good. It's not good customer service nor medical service since they probably assume that we aren't worthy of great medical care. The referral dept still DO NOT return calls as they claimed on the recording. The officer manager DO NOT return calls. The appointment line transferred me to the same mess and think someone will pick up if they do it. Nobody answers the calls nor return calls.

I don’t know what the deal with this clinic. I had two appointments cancelled due to no authorization. It’s time to change provider after this nonsense including no callbacks.

The worst most unprofessional clinic I know. This place should be close, my appointment was at 3pm and I waited from 2:33pm to 3:58pm to bee seeing by a Doctor and at the end I have to cancel the appointment and walk out. Places like this one will never progress , from the Doctors to the staff are lacking manners and respect for people time.
