Run!!!!!! By far this is one of the worst VA facilities. They will lie and falsify documentation. They are not to be trusted. I regret my main facility ever recommending me and booking an appointment with them. I will just wait on a longer appointment out in the community. The staff is rude and clearly only care about a paycheck. One of the staff members was there riding the clock and the other clerks were bragging about all the days they were going to be off this month yet still claim I didn't attend my appointment. I thought the veteran affairs were there to support the veterans. Run if you need quality care. This is not the place for you. I wish I could give the 0 stars that they truly deserve.

This VA has a dedicated staff that's very supportive. They make you feel as if you're returning home from deployment and glad to serve you.
They have the best front desk staff in all the VA Clinics I've been to.
Also, excellent nursing staff and doctors.
That continues to work from start to finish.
Call or send a secure email for a fast and best response. It's always good to follow up.

Receptionist staff are very rude. I have dealt with to receptionist over the phone and one lady hung up in my face after I was correcting her on about the note that were in the system. Brunswick VA is the worst that I have been too. I have been to Dublin, ATL, and Dothan AL VA clinic and they were professional, provided customers service. To be a veteran and to deal with the people who that comfortable being that rude is a reflection of the leadership. I tried to call back to speak to the ma aver and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and when I called again they wouldn't answer

This may be one of the very few times in leaving a government building and I felt good about something. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and went seemingly out-of-their-way to introduce other staff members interested in my care. I had a very good experience.

Doctors and assistants are great. People at the front desk, need a serious after action review. Just showed up for an appointment, early as I should. Stood in front of a young lady who was looking at her phone. I stood there for 3 minutes, she never looked up at me. Just sat down on my own. Today’s work ethic, out the window!

Best staff I have ever met at a VA Facility. Total pro’s from the time you step out of the elevator until you step back in when finished. Only bad thing is it took me 6 calls to actually talk to someone to schedule an appointment.

Extremely rude! They have posters that say the veteran is the purpose but all they were concerned about was that the medicine we needed would come out of their budget and not the TN budget where we are from.
