Rented through here the weekend of September 21, 2024 for the first time and will likely, be the last. The car (2022 Chevy Malibu) was an overall smooth ride, despite the small dent, couple of scratches, noticeable damage to the fender, and slightly beat up interior. Including a chunk of steering wheel missing.

To be honest, our biggest issue was the wiper blades, that were absolutely inexcusable. Coming home from downtown Chicago on the busy highway, we experienced heavy rain for the first time in the rental, the blades smeared so bad, we could not see a thing, and almost got into a wreck. Thankfully we managed to get off the closest exit safely and ended up having to Uber back and forth to replace the blades ourselves. I understand things happen, but this was simply unnecessary and could've ended in very badly for us. I haven't called Customer Service, but I do expect a refund for your brand new wiper blades.

Part of me feels 2 stars is kind of generous, but again - The guy behind the counter was kind and it was a smooth ride (When it wasn't raining.)

Thank you Budget Rental, but I will not be back. Cheers.

If I could rate 0 stars or less, I would. I returned a vehicle rented from this location back to this location. I was accused approximately 3 weeks later of *VEHICLE THEFT*, and threatened. I immediately contacted Budget and about lost it, as their vehicle was returned within the rental window and to within 100 feet of where I picked it up. I never heard back from Budget until i recieved a very confusing and inaccurate invoice for over $6000! The listed return location was inaccurate and the *weeks* that *they* couldn't locate *their* vehicle were all listed as my rental period! I still have not been spoken to about their ridiculous mistake and insane threats! Just sent an invoice that holds me as responsible for a month of rental time that I never did! $6000!!! I'm aghast and angry, to say the least!

They don’t give you all the information you need online. I needed a car while mine is being worked on and they NEGLECTED to tell me anything about a credit check while I wasted an hour and a half out of my day and couldn’t even do what I needed to. Thanks budget for not a damn thing.

From pick up to drop off it was a very satisfying, pleasant transaction. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The drop off at Pittsburgh airport was particularly good. The price was the best out there and the vehicle provided more than met my needs. Would have no hesitation in using Budget again.

We flew in for a funeral that was unfortunately timed to the Big Cosmic Phenomenon, the Solar Eclipse and the receptionist was incredibly helpful making sure we could leave with a car that would fit our needs in our budget. I cannot overstate how much of a relief it was to be taken care of so well when times are so busy.

Extremely well taken care of by the gal at the desk. Flew in from Idaho for my father’s funeral and everyone else is here in the area for the eclipse. Appreciated the kindess and help to get us a vehicle. If ever back on this side of the country will go back here.

I rented budget car through expedia around 1 month ago before my travel. When i went there I found the store was closed and my car pick up was at 3 pm, I was there at 2:30 pm. When I called budget, they told me the store is closed until 11pm and I have to pick up the car then. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then why they accepted my reservation? No apology, nothing. I had to end up renting from other company hurriedly with a higher price and went through a tremendous hassle, almost going to miss my flight. Contacted expedia, they just told me it is out of their control. Absolutely disappointed about the service of expedia and budget.
