I went in to be seen I had been sitting there for like a hour . I had chest pains . A guy and his wife came in . He was also having chest pains but he went straight to the back . My thing is how does he get to go straight to the back when I was here before him. If you wanna get treated right go to East Georgia cause Candler County Hospital is some bs !

I was pretty much crippled in pain when I arrived at this hospital and they got right on it and got me in quicker than any other place I've ever been to. They did blood work and scans almost immediately and I was diagnosed within only 2 hours and transferred out for further care. By far the best ER I have ever been to.

This has been by far the worst experience we have ever had in an Emergency Room. We have been in here for almost 7 hours waiting on xray results and nobody has even checked on us for 2 hours. This hospital is a disgrace to the medical field. Just glad we are not in a life threatening scenario. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS.

Went to the ER with flu like symptoms I was not given a flu test or covid test gave me some over the counter medication and he released me to go back to work I was not ask what type of work I do I am a truck driver and don't need to be driving light headed this place is a waste of tax payers money

The nurse manager told me chiropractors are looked upon as witches and they don't do referrals for chiropractic. That statement told me everything I needed to know about Candler County "small town hospital." Highly not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the home town feel of this hospital. I'm not from this area and I've only been to the larger hospitals. The drs were great! The ER nurses, not so much! I found them to be too "home town" if you will. There is a fine line between being nice and being a professional. I am a hard stick, meaning my veins are almost non existenct. I allowed them to sick me about 6 times and when I told her no more, she would have to find someone else she just left the room! Without saying a word! They were all around me, one on each hand trying at the same time. It was very overwhelming. Dr Williams was amazing the ER Dr was amazing. Im not leaving this review out of anger or anything. I just want these young girls to hopefully listen with an open heart and take some advise. Be more compassionate. Be mindful of how your patients feel. The world is full of people who aren't compassionate and hospitals are the one place people need compassion when they are not well.

Took my daughter here this morning for what ended up being a bad UTI. She seen Dr Thomas Ferrari. He was kind, thorough and smart. He was concerned about my daughter not having health insurance and gave us a number to call for help. All of the staff from front desk attendant to nurse and even the phlebotomist were awesome. Hopefully we won’t need the ER again for anything but if we do I would definitely come here for the emergency.
