Won't be going after what happened on a scheduled first visit. Made appointment Sunday online (very easy) for a Tuesday morning 10 am appt with Dr. Fitch to talk about my pain. Was told by a return phone call Sunday evening that Dr. Fitch would be in the room and discussing the options with me Tuesday. WELL we leave home Tuesday headed to the Dr. appointment and THEY (Dr. office) call me at 8:59am ONE HOUR BEFORE my scheduled appointment telling me that Dr. Fitch is only in the office for clinic on FRIDAYS from 9-5 and could I come back then, that they wanted to let me know so I wouldn't waste a trip, TOO LATE ALREADY ENROUTE. (45 min trip) and time wasted. Seems like they could have called me Monday explaining those important details that Dr. Fitch isn't in the office BUT one day per week, and not on Tuesdays.......This office may treat you well and that's good for you, but my initial first experience was NEGATIVE.....Strike 3, you're OUT........

I have been coming here for six months. I am so thankful I found this place. I suffer from hyponatremia and getting an IV bag with the sodium helps. Keep me from getting the cramps associated with low sodium. I highly recommend anyone suffering from hyponatremia come check us out.
