Do not visit this clinic if you want to have a tension free experience. I just realized after reading other reviews here that a lot of people are having similar bad experience with this clinic (mostly with incorrect billing)
The doctors are good but the billing department is miserable.
I had been visiting this clinic for 3 years and almost every time they have messed up the billing. There is a lady named Maggie who gives some random reasons and is always unwilling to fix the issues.
They find different ways to extract money from you by providing incorrect billing codes to the insurance company.
Do not get surprised if you get a bill even when you go there for a Annual Preventive visit which is 100% covered by the insurance!

Dr. Abhay and Dr. Neelu Agarwal have been my family physicians for more than 20 years and the service I have received over the years has been excellent and the reason why literally my entire family is their clients at Cary Medical Clinic. Thumbs up to them and their entire staff.

Its been an year with Cary medical clinic under Dr.Abhay agarwal supervision n medication , my diabetes n other complications are under control. Dr.Abhay is with great patience n smile he treats every patient the same. Office people are very good n polite .Names i dont remember 😊 but evevryone there is great

You have to deal with all the bills and headaches after visiting them even for annual checkup as they will use billing codes that insurance won't cover and I think it is due to financial benefit of clinic. Even lab confirmed that those codes are not correct for annual checkup but they see it coming from this clinic all the time and they must correct it. When we followed up more than 10 times and multiple emails and file uploads on portal to fix codes, they will finger point each other. Receptionists will keep blaming it on anyone who is not present that day or tell you Maggie is not present and not even responding to them. Maggie will never fix the issue. If you ask for doctor for escalations, they will never connect you. This clinic needs to look at their operations and customer service. I will be filling general consumer complaint online on NC department of justice today as I heard they will fix issue when govt is involved.

When I first went to the clinic, I must admit I was anxious since I never went for an annual checkup before. I felt uncomfortable having a doctor treat me like another number and not another human.

I understand that being pressed for time, they must follow a specific protocol.

It took me a while to feel comfortable, the staff is compassionate, and Dr. Neelu has supported me for more than a year. She has always cleared up my doubts and never forced medication. I am thankful they have supported me through this journey toward good health.

The receptionist at the front deck could benefit from training on being polite and more understanding to patient needs. This medical facility is serviced by mostly senior patients from India who may be hard to hearing or having language barriers . Let’s all try to be more respectful and considerate. It cannot be just about money making business .

I have been seeing Dr. Agarwal for over ten years now, continuing to see him even after I moved 45 minutes away. He is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and really listens. Whenever there is a specific health issue that needs a specialist's attention, he is quick to connect me with a high quality specialist. I just have a high level of confidence in him and know that I'm in very good and capable hands. His staff is also very competent and wonderful to work with.
