The place started off feeling luxurious, but new office staff and a lack of maintenance workers made it decline drastically. When we moved it we were guaranteed two parking spots, few years later they told us that was never a thing. The carpet was falling apart when we moved it they sent someone to look at it and he refused to fix it, so we just kept stepping on tacs for the next 4 years. The bedroom light is always blowing out. We replaced the one in the living room at the same time as the bedroom and replaced the bedroom light bulb 4 times since. You can't use workout equipment that requires electricity because it'll pop the breakers. You can't use an indoor hot pot because it'll pop the breakers. Microwave light bulbs are always popping, so we stopped replacing them. The refrigerator ice machine stopped working, and they tried to replace it with a machine without one. They wanted to remove the fan in the main bedroom because it has electrical issues.. we refused, so they sent an electrician. You used to be able to swim in a heated pool, but now it's not. The spa is always bath water cool and now it closes at 9 pm instead of the previous 10 pm. The gym equipment currently has broken machines that have been down for a while. Fire alarms are always triggering when there's no emergency, you get to stand outside waiting for someone to show up to shut them off and that could be hours. Tenants don't pick up their dog poop, so it just sits on the ground and they don't pay anyone to clean it. Dog poop bags will be empty for weeks at times. Rent prices keep going up, but their luxury keeps going down. It's still the best apartment to live in around SV. It's a safe area and very quiet. The rooms are spacious and if you get a top floor the ceilings are grand. I love the dark granite countertops and how big the rooms are. I just wish the amenities were better for the increased price they keep asking for.

Loved my furnished condo at Casa Antigua for 4 months. The complex is beautifully maintained and well managed. Betty, the manager is efficient and very professional. Juan the maintenance man is wonderful. All my minor issues were resolved the same day, with due diligence and respect. I highly recommend this residential facility. You will not be disappointed. 10+

Betty B. Is the property manager and she does an excellent job managing the property. Casa Antigua is clean. You will not see any trash anywhere. The pool is properly maintained. The office has a great environment feeling inside making you feel homie. My family and I have never had a problem. Juan is the janitor who fixes everything himself in the entire property. Juan has been excellent by taking care of my work orders within 24-72 hours. He never misses a beat and does a quick and professional job. Juan has a great personality and definitely recommend him for any repairs. Betty has taken care of us his before we got into the property when we first started to look for a place. Betty continues to be an amazing property manager. It is rare for me to drive by the office or take my Mail and not see her in the office. Betty is around when you need her. If she is not around its because she is out handling other residents concerns. Betty is the only one and not many can handle such a big responsibility. I highly recommend to reside at this place.

Ever since the property manager changed its gone down hill; when things started breaking, we were told they are just taking those out and not replacing them (ice maker, ceiling fan in master bedroom etc), carpet tack strips Susan me in the foot everywhere and they told me they can't do anything about it.....That's not how you run a luxury apartment. First west property is great. When I called them, they got right on the issues.

Came here for 6 months lease and enjoyed my stay. Good size bedrooms and never had an issue with the apartment. I could have gone to other cheaper places but these were the best ones with pool, grill area, and gym.

Rude employees. Rude owner. Horrible experience. Yes, they are quick to fix any repairs but there are always things breaking down frequently for you to have to request service. Absolutely do not live here at all. Find somewhere else for less of a headache.

The lady that is the property manager is a terrible vile person. Just having a small conversation with her made me want to say man things, but I didn't! If you're military, find a better place that doesn't have the pool like the Berlin wall with whacked out hours.
