Staff steals pain medication, little to no investigation. Staff gives medication to patients laying flat on their back-causing them to choke and aspiration. Even after directions were posted in large print to please sit her up for any drinking etc. Apparently Staff is not educated on proper care of the elderly. Staff dresses inappropriate, and really has no clue. One Staff member was babysitting (a infant of a friend that was at work) while at work. Guess she didn't expect to do much for the residents. My mom's pain medication was missing more than once and when the cameras were reviewed they couldn't really see anything. And her pain pill was replaced with a pill that resembled her pain pill thinking no one would notice. Sad that we depend on places like this to care for our loved ones-

Quality of care isn't very good. No one will call you if anything happens to your loved one. Have had several incidents of "missing" narcotics that they blamed on the pharmacy. One incident in particular someone swapped a Tylenol for my grandmother's methadone. Low paid employees leding to low quality of care. Towards the end I spent a lot of time there. Nurses routinely walk around with no shoes on and are very unprofessional.

My father was a resident of Cave Spring Manor for 4 1/2 months before his passing. This place is a gem. The care he received was what my family needed for him. It's clean, quiet, and really has a lot of love in it.
If you are looking for a safe place for a loved one, I highly recommned Cave Spring Manor. Holly and her team are outstanding. Thank you for caring for one of the best dads a girl could ask for.

As someone who has seen the immaturity and malicious acts that the employees perform on a regular basis when no one else is around, I implore anyone that sees this to keep their loved ones and relatives away from this establishment. The caretakers are very abusive, both physically and verbally, and regular drug tests are not given which leads to the drug and alcohol abuse seen in the employees. Residents are also highly neglected and are given medications not prescribed to them by doctors.

Please do not leave your love one.my mom was here almost two years. The quality of care is horrible. When they think no one is watching they talk an treat these residents really bad.i have witnessed this first hand.

I am very pleased with the care for my mother at Cave Springs manor .They fulfilled all they said and did this with great respect for my family member and yes all of family needs .Thanks to this home I was able to give my Mother all she ask of me till her passing .
