Buscando un nuevo Dr. despues de casi 8 años con esta Dra. Es frustrante, esperar a que contesten el telefono es perder el tiempo. Mas de media hora y nada que contestan. En una ocación logre que una enfermera me contactara por latidos irregulares del corazón y su respuesta fue que no tenian cita que si tenia una preocupación respecto a eso que fuera a la clinica de Holyoke para que hicieran chequeos. Fui a emergencia y tiene q ser la Dra. quien me envia a un cardiólogo para poder monitorear el corazón pero nadie contesta. Definitivamente hace falta personal que ame lo que hace y no solo trabaje por trabajar y mas cuando trabajas en el ambito de la “SALUD” en una oficina medica.

If you love HORRIBLE customer service definitely come here. The people at the front desk never answer the phones literally ever. I give the receptionists a -9.1 trillion out of 10. They’re rude, they aren’t helpful, and they don’t perform their number one job task which is answering the damn phone. You can call here 80 times a day and you’re lucky if they answer ONCE. When they actually do answer your doctor is never there and they say they’ll have them call you back. 9 times out of 10 they put you on hold for 30 minutes only to come back and say someone will call you back. Clearly they don’t relay the message because the doctor never calls back. Takes forever to get an appt. This place is actually embarrassing.

I have been coming here since 2008. I've never been so frustrated that I felt the need to complain before - but the fact is, this doctor's office simply DOES NOT answer the phone. It is frankly absurd and ridiculous. Then, if you actually ever do manage to get a hold of a human being, they will tell you the nurse will call you back.. and they don't. I am going to change doctors immediately because it is pointless being a patient here anymore when you literally can call 3x a day, multiple days in a row, waiting for upwards of an hour, and not speak to a human being. Chicopee Health Center, if you ever read this, you NEED to do better. It is a disgrace the last few years, but worse than ever right now (Jan 2025). And this is from a patient of nearly 20 years. Unbelievable.

The Dentist Supervisor Maria is so helpful with any Dental issues or problems with insurance. She has helped me out of a jam. They did really good Dental work here for my root canal. The girl Janet at the call center for Dental is so helpful every time I call in to me personally and friendly. I give her 5 stars!*****

Love dr. Pai, she is a great doctor and has a wonderful personality, always takes time to address my concerns and explains the next step for treatment if needed. The staff is always friendly which makes the visit more pleasant.
