I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 17 years ago. My insurance changed so I was referred to a new neurologist, Dr.Zhang. His diagnosis was I don't have MS, However,I didn't ask for a diagnosis I already have several. He said what I have is bad doctors. Yet he works alongside Dr Gallegos the doctor that first diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis! I saw Dr Zhang one time he did no tests and doesn't know me as a patient. If it is declared that I no longer have MS how will I get care? If you have a CHOICE don't choose this medical group. They don't care about your health. They care about money. Luckily I have Medicare now and I'm back with the neurologist I've had for years.

Choice Medical Group is amazing my son needed to have ear surgery and I was a little bit worried but they made the authorization process easy and smooth. My son had his surgery which was flawless and he is fine now. It is so refreshing that when I need the help my Medical Group is there for me and my family! Never even saw a provider. I am new to the area and went to my appointment but the address in the portal was wrong. I tried to call but was on hold forever and the “call center” person was so rude and unhelpful. I was late to my appointment and marked as a no show, unable to be seen. The process is not designed for new patients and I felt completely mistreated. Why didn’t the clinic call when I was late? That could have resolved my problem. Since I didn’t have a number to the clinic, I had to wait on hold fir a calm center person that wasn’t helpful. The call center refused to connect me with the clinic. That’s bad business. I found a different doctor that has an office phone number, not a call center and look forward to being treated like a human being.

I love Dr Khetarpal she is great always takes her time and gives excellent care the staff are also great. My husband goes to Dr Patel and he is also great. I have switched most of my family to Choice Medical.

To have a physician who is knowledgeable, and willing to listen, takes the extra time to review data and is a great educator is a rarity - But Dr Hemanshu Patel has shown all these qualities in every interaction we have had. We have to travel far to many specialists for my sons medical issues but we will stay right here in the High Desert for our primary care as we have a physician who can see the big holistic picture and understands how the patient and the family are integral in a great outcome.
