Came here to simply get immunization records transferred over to the Georgia form and was told they don’t have enough clerks so come back on Monday. Seems like doing anything here including getting your kids enrolled in school requires jumping through a million hoops only to be told no or to be delayed smh

The workers here do not do their job well. It cannot be that I arrive at 7 in the morning and at 11 I still cannot leave knowing that there were no more than 10 people in the room. his unwillingness to work is evident

Recently went there for some testing and to set up consultation, and I had Baranda as my nurse. Needless to say, my experience was more then stellar. It was very comforting and Baranda made sure that I felt cared for and comforted in a situation that had the potential to be bad. The office is very welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community, and I highly recommend anyone who needs STD/STI testing to go here.

The Clarke County Health Department has NOT offered the yellow fever vaccine since the start of the COVID Pandemic. I gave them 5 stars because the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I can never get anyone on the phone and their voicemail is always full. I have been calling since November to get my nexplanon implant removed. it was supposed to be removed in december and now it’s half way through february. they always say they are going to give my name and number to the one and only nurse they have scheduling.I have only received one call and they tried to give me an appointment the next day which I was unable to do since I have a full time job. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DO A WALK-IN. THEY DONT ACTUALLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, you'll just get told you’ll get a call back. this is ridiculous and beyond irritating.

Received both of my COVID-19 doses here. I was told upon getting my first dose that I would I would receive an incentive when I came back for my second dose. When I returned for my second dose they informed me that a deadline had been retroactively put in place and that I received the first dose too late to qualify for the incentive. It seems like they are lying about incentives to get people vaccinated.
