The blonde lady in window two was super nice and helpful. When the guy at the front desk almost brushed me off because I didn't have an appointment she spoke up and offered her help and She made it very easy and stress free and the nurse made my son comfortable and even offered a free fluoride treatment to my son.

My son went in last week and was told he had to make an appt. The lady was extremely rude to him and he’s only 16. I am trying to start making him speak for himself and do things on his own to prepare him for adulthood. She acted like he was inconveniencing her. He made his appt. However, something came up and we had to reschedule. I called 3x and left 3 messages to reschedule him and no answer or return phone call. Very poor customer service. If you don’t like your job, go work somewhere else.

Came in to have records transferred to enroll my son. Woman there told us he needed another shot because he'd had his a year too early. Contacted our pediatrician who says they counted wrong because he had it at 4 like needed! So now I have to miss work to teach someone how to count to 4 and enroll my child in school. Awesome. Not sure why this was so hard for them. Or why they have to transfer records at all when I have his shot records. It really matters to have it put on different paper?

They scheduled a phone appointment with me for 1pm, told me to call if they hadn't by 1:15. Still been ignoring my calls 45 minutes after the appointment THEY scheduled. Must be nice to force everyone else to be on your time.

I just left the health department and am actually sitting in the parking lot. Facility is nice and clean. That’s the only reason they’re getting the 2 stars I’m giving. I was treated so poorly. The woman I had to deal with gave me so much attitude, talked down to me and treated me like I was nothing but an inconvenience. All I needed were immunization records transferred. I honestly hope I don’t have to come in here very often.

Put mother in law on list for covid vaccine almost a month ago, she is 80. Never have received the first call and now another phase for 70yr has opened up, what about the 80 plus that hasn’t received it yet? I have called 62 times and always busy. Very frustrating to say the least.

Got an appointment for COVID test; showed up. They took the test and I got my results on line in the prescribed two days, Very satisfied with the service.
